Hotels in Baiao with a Pool

We stayed here 2 nights in the big room in the main house. To start, the estate is just magical.

This was our second trip to our favourite place in the Douro Valley. We simply love the estate and the kindness of the host Fernanda — this time we picked raspberries with her and her family.

For my birthday, my wife surprised me with a weekend at Douro Suites — and I couldn’t have imagined a better place to mark the occasion.

We had the most wonderful three days at the Douro Suites Hotel!

As part of a tour group I personally felt that the drive to and from this hotel was a bit daunting, especially in a large bus.

It was a good hotel, amazing view, good restaurant, you can walk around in the garden BUT there is a fee for the inside pool.

Great place to run from city rush, to relax and enjoy the scenery and quiet.

The place is incredible and could be used so much better.
The rooms are very average:
Small beds, average bathrooms…
While everything is there: the view, the swimming pool, the service, the kindness.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Portovella. We booked the deluxe bungalow, which was tucked away at the edge of the property, peaceful and quiet with breathtaking views.

We stayed at Portovella for 3 nights during our Portugal trip, and we didn't have a vehicle, but they helped to get a taxi and gave us information about wine tours.

A magnificent place to stay.
The view was magnificent! Juliana was very nice and helpful with every little detail. Breakfast was delicious.

This place is stunning. The architecture creates a warm welcome and the staff bend over backwards to enhance your stay.

An amazing property set in the Portuguese vineyard with brand new facilities and an amazing staff.

Lovely stay, mixing with a large group of friends and family but having your private moments in the secret corners and endless living spaces of this property.

This place is amazing! Beautiful house filled with so many places to relax and so many resources in the house. Had no reason to leave the property for the entire weekend.

An extremely relaxing and enjoyable experience. The views are astonishing. Being at the rooftop pool in the summer, overlooking the Douro Valley and river, is simply magical.

We recently spent 3 days (2 nights) at Douro Royal Valley Hotel & Spa, and we can only describe our stay as absolutely wonderful.

This is a very individual property with a lot of interesting history. It is in a wonderful location by the river and has a lot of interesting rooms and building features.

We have just spent 2 fabulous nights Quinta da Ermida, it is located right on the river bank of the Douro, and is incredibly quite and peaceful.

It was really really great. The two hosts are super nice and really do everything themselves. There were homemade cakes for breakfast. The property is huge and has many opportunities to relax.

Fantastic rooms, excellent breakfast, extremely friendly hosts, how is it possible to say anything bad about such a pleasant place, always available so that we didn't miss anything.

Amazing place with a view worth a million! Loved the pool and outside terrace which — these were the areas we spent most of our time here.

What a wonderful place! This was our second visit, and we had such a lovely time. The surroundings are magical, orange and lemon trees, olive trees and of course grape vines!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was spotless, peaceful, and quiet – the perfect place to relax.

Great place near Lamego. Very calm and tidy quinta out in the countryside. Nice pool and fine spa with saunas and jacuzzi. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
