First time that I put a 10/10 on Booking. Com for a hotel. For this type of service, you pay without a problem 5 times the price of this one. The report quality price is exceptional, and Belverde is full of advantage : access to the nearby motorway, the pool fabulous, the staff both at the bar, in the restaurant, hospitality are at the top, the cleanliness, the spa, the proximity to the beach of caparica, etc … I deffo off work time to chill with family Bravo.

I cannot say exactly why, but this joint and me seem to be on the same wavelength. I enjoyed every minute of it. And I was there on a business stop.

A Horrible experience ‼ ️ has been the worst hotel, regarding the deal received, I've had in my whole life.
I had an accident in the room, because I was overleaded by a bedside table above my foot.
No doubt, a negligence of the Hotel, for not having well secured the bedside to the wall.
I had to be the one to call 911 112.
At no time was contacted by the insurance company of the Hotel ‼ ️ even more, I'm afraid that they didn't even give a part to the insurance.
Shameful ‼ ️

Very nice hotel but no tea or coffee facilities in room €25 uber to lisbon poor bus service but beach 15 min walk away. Stylish with very good artwork. When busy staff can't cope & service is very slow queuing for breakfast running out of food so have to wait for more to be cooked. Staff very friendly & helpfull.

The rooms are nice. But all in a dark color and not enough lighting.

The hotel is very modern and well kept. The rooms are very eco friendly. For example the room key is placed on a wall mounted holder, when removed turns the power off. The hotel was very quiet except during breakfast. We found the bar menu downstairs had a better selection of food than the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very capacious and comfortable room. By west European standard very reasonable price.

Our stay at Christmas was amazing. Nice staff, nice breakfast and really comfortable/modern/functional rooms. We will repeat for sure next time we return to Lisbon.

The hotel as always (is the 3 times Q we Come) this great, aunq this year the attention has not been equal q the others, the treatment was colder except for a couple of receptionist (the night is great).
Esonsi, es Spa is quite weak aunq is very clean.

Very hotel to spend holidays.

I find it very disappointing with the exception of the room the rest suspended, the breakfast is always incomplete, the spa is a small pool with a few jets and a Turkish steam bath, the decor scare you, the outdoor swimming pool small and the sun beds-mattresses dirty, the cleaning to be insufficient as you leave the room at 10am. You go back to the 5h. And not have it cleaned yet with the aggravating circumstance of not wanting to clean it because they were the 5h. Not to return as it is far from everything and has as a neighbour a gas station.

It's not a 4 * Spanish, a 3 or maybe 3 high.

Brilliant interior design, some of the best I've seen. Lacky waiter staff, served warm drinks with no ice, no lemon, didn't frequent our table.

Great place very nice clean rooms close to beach (5 min on taxi about 10 euros) but far from Lisbon about 30 euro cab each way at least 25-30 min. I would stay there again if I was planing to go to the beach but if my plan was to see the city I'd stay closer to Lisbon. Very nice pool and lounging area. They also have a projection screen where they show football games.

Nice hotel with some minor issues. Room is big and nice, bed is OK and bathroom is excellent. The interior of the hotel is rather dark and depressing. When a neighbor takes a shower, you hear the sound of running water very good. But overall a nice hotel.

Great hotel. The decor is really stunning. Nice place to just sit and take a lot of quality photos for your facebook. Heheh ;)

Very good, though I don't think it suitable for families. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety of fruit and kitchen at the moment. The swimming pool ideal for postureo and a drink but not so much to cool off. Spacious room and generous terrace. The shower is one-third of the bathroom. Advisable to carry a gps.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel! … Reasonably priced for our stay, we paid for 3 nights and got the 4th night free… Late April is still pre-season in Lisbon area… Free breakfast complete with all the morning necessities… while very helpful at times, this hotel needs improvement while providing assistance to tourists… there is no on site business center to print boarding passes… free Wi-Fi throughout hotel is of decent quality… TIP — I recommend renting a car… hiring a cab for two costs 30 euro each way (to/from) to Lisbon… no restaurants (hotel restaurant is decent) or attractions close by… I recommend this hotel for a visit to Lisbon area.

If you are the sort of person that enjoys the noxious perfume of air fresheners and indifferent customer service, you may be able to tolerate this place. We had booked 5 nights here — the reviews are pretty positive, so we had high hopes. On check-in we were greeted by a shy and poorly trained 'child' receptionist who was unable to explain anything about the hotel other than directions to our room. We went to look at the 'spa' and were disappointed to find that that our stay did not include entry to the indoor pool, and this would cost €12 per person per day. The hotel decor has been described by many people in reviews — it is black: walls, ceilings, mannequins, floors — the lighting just can't penetrate it, and the place looks gloomy, in a modern gothic sort of way. On taking the elevator to our room (323) we were overcome with the strong air-freshener smell — thinking perhaps this was to mask some other smell, we went to our room — where that too smelt of air-freshener or perfume — a nasty overpowering strong artificial smell. We opened the balcony door to a view of the road to air the room and get rid of the smell, it wasn't a busy road so we didn't worry too much — even though our booking said a room with a view. Evidently this meant a view of the petrol station. On retiring to bed, we noticed that the pillows and bedding were saturated with the perfume smell that pervades the hotel. Not nice!

Wonderful staff not very professional but friendly, loved the room, The breakfast if change would be better because in three days not changed and not like the american coffee is thin takes him wrong.

Hotel Nice contemporary design complete with a friendly staff but sufficiently trained to level 4 star hotel… and the french or even inexistent.
The hotel is located about 25 km from Lisbon and 5/6 km from the ocean. A car is recommended. Free parking.
The rooms are spacious, large bed, bedding, impeccable, beautiful shower, framework landscaped garden swimming pool and good breakfast.
Very nice pool and poof, a flat, music is constantly, too strong, it is unbearable limit… especially when we stay 7 days.
Breakfast with a quality of orange juice, which varies according to the time of arrival and days… On 7 days, same breakfast, cleaning the floor of the room is sometimes limit. The safe didn't work no, and no attention in the room, (teapot or other…). Wi-Fi very slow as bop of connections.
In conclusion, nice advice. 8/10

Very good property. Staff pleasant and efficient. Qualified staff, some people of the desk perfectly speaking the french. The decorative style is modern, a bit strange at first, but very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Very nice outdoor pool, but (detail) not heated… Nice indoor pool and SPA. Only criticisms. The rooms on the street are very noisy open windows (even at night), because dogs keep barking… And Wi — Fi is not very powerful in the rooms. These two exceptions, the hotel is perfect and I recommend it without restrictions.
P. S: 15 km from the pier of Cacilhas… averaged 35 minutes drive…

A hotel very cheap.
Good things:
Attention has been very good, the room smelled of main and they changed it without problem.
The toasts and the burger bar, very rich.
The design is very modern/tacky, mola hotel (but not for your House).
Very good Wi-Fi coverage.
Bad things:
Breakfast, poor-quality products. A lousy machine coffee, juice very far to resemble one natural.
The rooms had dust in some hidden areas, you noticed cleaning brands.
