Well planned layout great for families many different houses with character golf course getting better each year why isn’t the hotel finished yet? I would come more often with friends if it was?

Had a great time, amenities and the restaurant are great! Only thing — the lighting in the evening is definitely not good enough to find a house, and house numbers aren't lighted. Spent some time going in circles…

Great layout climbing high above the Obidos region and then Coming down in the last two spectacular holes. Looks a little battered by unfinished building works and futuristic architecture of the villas already looks dated. What’s wrong with traditional Portuguese buildings and houses. Worth a visit as it is inland enough to have the sea fog rise fairly quickly.

Expectacular Golf Course Las Villas are a design pass.

A quiet, pleasant, cosy place. We traveled with four babies and two girls and we didn't lack anything.

Loved the villa. Love the climate. Service poor though. Reported pool needed cleaning and lights and heater not working on first day and every day. Finally fixed on day we were leaving. Children most upset.

I've been visiting Bom Sucesso for almost 10 years. Ow and I love the design of the Villas, the views, the natural environment of the lagoon and the see, the lower temperatures (compared to most of Portugal these days), the food, … I find the housekeeping and overall service a couple of notches below what is expected in a 5***** resort, but I still highly recommend it!

I only played the course once, this after over 12mm of rain had fallen, that night. Course in good condition. There are some very notable golf holes and the 17th is speculate as is the 18th. Great views from the course over the surrounding area and Obidos Lagoon. In short, well worth a visit. I would recommend a buggy as it is quiet hilly and greens to tees can be a bit of a walk.

Nice place for vacations. Very quiet and the houses are really good, with a nice fireplace for the cold days and a very good patio for an outdoor lunch! Recommend!

Real luxury for two romantic nights stay. Great pool, services were excellent and facilities in the apartment were 1st class.

Due to the financial problems in Portugal this site is far from finished and is unlikely to be until 2015. However, the area shows a lot of promise of what could be a fantastic holiday resort. For those who wish to use it as a base for their travels on the Silver Coast then this is fine. There is a private beach not too far away where you can watch the waves rolling in and Obidos is only 5km away and well worth the visit. Lovers of seafood will be happy to know Peniche is full of fantastic restaurants. Although we visited Abrigo do Pescador and found the food excellent we were told that Tasca do Joel is the place to go. Surfers need to head to Baleal where you will find surf schools and shops. Try O Febras for food!

Ideal place for a vacation surrounded by nature, quiet, great beaches and gastronomy of quality at affordable prices. I don't play golf, but if you are a fan of the field it looks good. Unbeatable service. If you have kids there is greenery and playgrounds for a regiment.
