Very friendly, and helpful with those who have tried it with the cleanser which is very nice and friendly, if you want os does the laundry for 4€, and you let the clothes dry and folded in a basket in your room, have a communal kitchen for if you want to get any thing to eat or have breakfast with refrigerator and complete as toaster, microwave, kettle, etc, the bed is comfortable and the room well. It is great, with a pool, very quiet place. Without more words, I recommend it.
