Tomar Hotels

I had a very positive experience at this hotel. From the very beginning, the staff showed a high level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their guests.

Romantic location on an old, small street (but the street is clean and well-maintained) a few blocks from Praca de Republica. Excelent location; you may walk to the Tomar Castle, or the riverwalk.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Our two-storey suite was beautifully designed, with a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom as a charming design detail.

This hotel is the perfect example of what a boutique property should be. It is also in an ideal location, making it easy to reach everything you want to see.

Mr. Antonio Borges, I stayed 9-14 July for the Templar Festival in the Angela B. Room as you suggested. I was lovely. Your reception, restaurant staff, and Chef are absolutely the BEST!

My husband and I just returned from a month in Portugal. In that month, we stayed at eight different hotels. By far our favourite hotel was hotel Republic at Tomar.

Andre' is personnel responsible for the hotel's reception. I have found that he is a amazing person, professional, avaliable, polite, friendly e speaks English very well.

Excellent hotel. Room very spacious, well decorated and serviced. Table and 2 upholstered chairs, bathrobes, slippers, safe, mini fridge. Coffee machine on request.

The rooms are rather small (we were upgraded to a bigger room, thank you Fernanda! )
Limited soap/ shampoo.

Stay at Lameira da longra and you will no longer want to leave.

The most incredible view I had during all my travels. Swimming in the reservoir is fantastic. The room was small but comfortable and with terrace.

Highly recommended for a great stay in Tomar as a base to visit the sights north of Lisbon.

An attractive hotel on an island in the river running thru Tomar. It is surrounded by parkland. A restaurant on the ground floor, which has excellent food, and rooms above.

We booked a superior room and were so thrilled when we opened the door.

This hotel is amazing. It is huge, the grounds are fantastic. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are large and have everything you need for a great experience.

The hotel is pretty old, but you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. A huge plus is how spotlessly clean the whole place is. The breakfast is simple, but really tasty.

We would stay here again.
Room 206 has an excellent view of the castle/convent. We had a very clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. There was good air conditioning in our small but adequate room.

Superb location: on the main road of the old town, close to the central square and few minutes from the Convent.

We loved staying at Horta dos Cedros. Rita was very lovely and she took care of all our needs without being pushy. She left us tons of food for breakfast which we fixed on our own.

All was spotlessly clean, and so well thought about.

We booked this apartment at short notice and the proprietors were kind enough to make arrangements so we could check in earlier (the official check in time was 4pm).

My friend and I arrived in Tomar later in the evening after hiking all day, we had no accommodation and booked this hotel quite late.

Really helpful staff. I needed to change dates of booking, which was not possible online. I spoke with owner and he was able to arrange the dates I wanted.

Perfect! My family stayed a week in three beautiful apartments, all fully equipped and in excellent condition. The facilities on site are fantastic, everything one could need.

We had a Fabulous time at Quinta da Bizelga, everything was perfect for a quiet peaceful week. The cottages have everything you need and are modern, really clean and comfortable.

O Paco Hotel has the most hospitable staff, very cosy rooms, central location in Tomar and stunning view on the castle from the balcony.
