You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Attention! Construction works are taking place near the property. We apologize for the inconvenience! Please note that on May 30-31, 2023, due to maintenance works carried out by Miejskie Energetyka Cieplna in Kołobrzeg (MEC), there will be no access to hot water in the facility.
