Najpierw minusy: — Pokoj w suterenie (poziom — 1) chlodno I troche wilgotno. W maju brak ogrzewania pomimo ze w innych strefach hotelu temperatura byla duzo wyzsza. Idac przez cieple korytarze parteru za kazdym razem czulo sie rozczarowanie schodzac na poziom — 1. Zdecydowanie odradzam pokoje na tym poziomie. — Na kolacje w Restauracji Romantycznej trzeba przyjsc najedzonym. Jedzenie pyszne I zaskakujace, obsluga znakomita, natomiast wielkosc porcji jest symboliczna. Danie glowne bylo mniejsze niz przystawka gdziekolwiek indziej. Widac takie uroki kuchni molekularnej. Bardziej galeria sztuki kulinarnej niz restauracja. Troche sie czepiam, to nie jest duzy minus. Teraz plusy, ktorych jest zdecydowanie wiecej niz minusow: + Bardzo, bardzo, wrecz sterylnie czysto. Nie przypominam sobie hotelu ani w Polsce ani w Europie (mowie o hotelach 4 I 5 gwiazdkowych) w ktorych bylbym bardziej zadowolony z czystosci pokoju I czesci wspolnych. Zero partactwa. Hotel wyglada jak nowo wybudowany. + Obsluga zawsze pomocna I usmiechnieta. Czasem czulem sie jak w filmie Zony ze Stepford :) ale nie czuc sztucznosci. + Posilki w Restauracji Oranzeria bardzo smaczne a porcje sluszne. Dania czasem przekombinowane ale nie za mocno. Spory wybor dan na sniadaniu, pyszne omlety (live cooking). Obsluga jak zwykle na najwyzszym poziomie. + Kosmetyczny Instytut Ireny Eris. Pelen profesjonalizm, ceny adekwatne do wysokiej jakosci uslug. Zapadajacy pozytywnie w pamiec zabieg All Senses.

A nice hotel and spa in the northern Polish countryside. The rooms are comfortable and pretty spacious with all the modern amenities. As you can see from the pictures there's 2 different pools, a wading and a small lap pool and 5 different hot tubs, 2 outside and 3 inside. There are also three types of saunas available and separate rooms for cardiovascular and weights. For additional fees there's a bar which has a two lane bowling alley and a pool table and lots of options for drinks. For eating there's 2 different restaurants and a "cafe" that also serves food. Breakfast is typically included in your stay and offers a vast range of options from a buffet of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and more although it could get repetitive if you're staying more than a few days. If you're into treatments or facials there's a lot of options and a great masseur on staff. It's perfect for families with a planned schedule and lots of activities for kids, including a stable and horses outside. The best thing is the service and that everyone made you feel welcome. The downside is the menu and the lack of consistency in the water temperature in the room.

It's a high standard hotel, with very good food, breakfast and coffee. Swimming pool, three saunas, spa salon. It's surrounded by forest, you can expect perfect silence after 10 pm. It's definitely a place for families with kids. Me, as an almost solo traveler, was disappointed by lack of entertainment, restaurant opened only till 10pm, and bar too. Therefore I rate it 4*.

Beautiful toilets (extra clean! ) ☺️. Dogs not allowed (understand that — staff politely explqined — not a problem) so could not try restaurant. But looks perfect!

Have been there. And what can I say. Area is amazing, food excellent especially in Romantyczna Restaurant! Generally very positive except the treatment that we were given, it wasn't as incredible as you would expect from fancy SPA like Dr. Irena Eris (I think she would agree with me in that). Bit expensive but generally would recommend it especially off season.

Amazing find, one of the best spa hotels I've seen. Really nicely done with natural woods and stone in a lovely location. Good spa area with a range of different features including steam room, sauna, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, etc, all set on a hillside overlooking woods. Great restaurant with seasonal Polish and Italian influences. Healthy options. Range of local beers. Decent bar with good coffee, a range of whiskies and even some quality tequilas. Staff attentive and helpful without seeming to take it all too seriously as many do. Access to spa seems mainly for guests, or else day spa based around treatments and packages.
