Great place for dinner in Olsztyn! One of the best pizzas in Poland. Delicious! Good aperol! The service is patchy and the dj on the outside deck on Thursday night mildly annoying, but I guess they are trying to appeal to a younger crowd, which is quite silly with their prices! Also the waitres did not make up our table with proper table settings so we kind of felt like rejects as all other tables were nice and pretty, ours was bare and we ate on glass surfaces, but hey the food is delicious so this will be forgotten. Recommended on food front, service lacking highly and does not adhere to standards.

Beautiful lakeside seating with stunning views, particularly in the evening for a summer sunset. The facilities and food are all excellent — note the pizzas are very generous. But be warned that this place is horrendously expensive for this part of Poland. Still, if you are on holiday and therefore thinking in US dollars or pounds sterling it's not too bad.

The Hotel was absolutely as 5* as you could get for Poland. Actually in retrospect it really did feel like you had left Poland for a night and were staying in a 5* lake hotel in some exotic location. The room was stunning and we had one of the ground floor suits with a deck out over the water on the lake. The room is absolutely stunning! The hotel bar is actually very nice and the staff were very helpful. In fact they were so accommodating they even looked after our party who… stayed out by the lake drinking and eating until 05:00! The area surrounding the hotel is actually incredibly beautiful. It is obvious that the city has recently invested alot in the area directly around the hotel as the board walks are stunning and the cafes and bars around that side of the lake are very modern and cool, and its great there is some diversity there, not just pierogi and ice cream! The restaurant that is part of the hotel we think, that sticks out over the marina of the hotel actually had really good food and we had a lovely dinner there. Breakfast is good, but get there early before all the children and families invade it. Pool is stunning and the Jacuzzi and spar area is stunningly decorated especially at night… its all very sexy ;)

Best restaurant in Olsztyn. A city renowned for terrible food and service but I really enjoyed my lunch. Great service and well cooked food. I will definitely go back again.

Staff were friendly & professional. Breakfast, although not a buffet, was excellent as all personally prepared. Room was large & modern & luxurious. Air conditioning seemed not to work, as control would immediately switch off. Photographic art in rooms & corridors was rather risqué. Mood music played n corridors was too loud as could be heard in rooms. Lakeside terrace is excellent and drinks were good. Pizzas looked great, however disappointed as crust was hollow. Hotel is currently being extended — a third floor added — which makes it difficult to recommend at present. Construction noise (heavy drilling) began just after 9am and was unbearable. Room's balcony was being used for equipment so could not be accessed and window not opened. Surrounding area is also unsightly with new construction next door and other hotel also having work. Once all completed should be great.

Great apartments. Very nice view (definately better that the neighbouring hotel). Seems a bit quiet.
