Great place to stay with family and friends. Just 2hrs from Warsaw by train. Minute walk from Jeziorak lake.

A real gem of a hotel. Excellent service, food and lovely Spa. As for the location, perfect!

Large modern hotel with a nice enough design but a slight 'conference-hotel' feel. Looked to me like it's not run with as much attention-to-detail as you'd expect for a supposed 5-star hotel. Bar area probably good for a drink at night. Coffee not terrible.

The hotel definitely deserves the 'grand' adjective in its name. It makes a really good impression upon entrance even if it is just for the view straight across the lobby overlooking the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful and no request is a problem. Facilities are fantastic, in particular the spa and fitness complex. The hotel appears to be very clean and well looked after. The rooms are spacious and decorated simplistically but with taste and accommodate for all requirements a modern hotel should meet. Fantastic choice of toiletries but you can't go wrong with L'Occitane! Breakfast selection was impressive with the best scrambled eggs in a hotel I have ever seen! Location is just perfect! Ask for a lake view room and if you have time you should definitely use hotel's bicycles to cycle around the lakes and forests surrounding this pretty town. Couple of issues: — Five star hotels normally provide coffee/ tea making facilities in a room without any extra charge. Despite having impressive coffee machine on a display in the room, this is not the case in this hotel. If the management is not going to change this, it should at least be clearly explained to a customer during the check-in that coffee pods are available at extra cost inside the mini bar that needs to be unlocked through the reception. — The air-conditioning control panel is not particularly simple to use so some instructions in the room would be useful.

Brilliant hotel with fantastic facilities. Lovely swimming pool and hotel were more than happy to arrange bikes for us to cycle around the lake on.
