Bacówka pod Honem, która powstała w 1986 roku, to schronisko turystyczne o niepowtarzalnym bieszczadzkim klimacie. Obiekt położony jest na wysokości 663 m n.p.m. nad Cisną, u podnóża lasu, w paśmie Wysokiego Działu, pod szczytem Hon (820 m n.p.m.), któremu zawdzięcza swoją nazwę. Cisna jest doskonałą bazą wypadową na szlaki. Bacówka PTTK znajduje się na czerwonym szlaku (Główny Szlak Beskidzki). Bezpośrednio z tego miejsca możemy zacząć wędrówkę na szczyty: Wołosań (1071 m n.p.m.), Jaworne (992 m n.p.m.), Chryszczata (997 m n.p.m.), Małe Jasło (1102 m n.p.m.), Jasło (1153 m n.p.m.), Okrąglik (1101 m n.p.m.), a idąc dalej czerwonym szlakiem możemy dojść do Wołosatego podziwiając piękne widoki rozciągające się z Połoniny Wetlińskiej i Caryńskiej mijając Chatkę Puchatka.

➜ The first time I encountered a situation in which a drunken hostel host partying with tourists calls me out a few minutes after arriving in the middle of the night and saying hello to people in the dining room (I arrived by car, completely sober, I had never seen the host before), apparently something went wrong. I immediately left the party company, but a moment later the host burst into my room, I thought that wanting to apologize, but no-continued indiscriminate remarks about me barely standing on his feet, my partner forced him out, I had to barricade myself in the room until the morning afraid to go out at night even to the toilet. The host all night long continued to drink and through the paper-thin walls could be heard absolutely every word, including the desire to "wpier… "to my boyfriend absolutely for nothing, because he did not know us at all, we just arrived. At 5 in the morning from a state of wakefulness, because it is difficult to call it a dream, I was released by the host on the whole regulator of modern talking and further comments about our host, who was catching up in the dining room with his friend. After breakfast and an apology from the kind lady Dorota, who was asleep at night and was not aware of the situation, the host, still clearly under the influence of everything, denied it, accusing me of lying and bringing me to tears. Needless to say, I don't recommend it.
