Nice Hotel, Good service and Food.

Quality of food form the evening meal was very good.

GREAT HOTEL and Great location.

Excellent restaurant service, although portions are relatively small (very small beef tartare, very small rib eye). The quality at the restaurant is very good though. Attention of personnel is excellent. Big disappointment is the buffet breakfast.

Very satisfied! Super friendly staff at the reception, in the bar, cleaning lady at 4 th floor very nice and polite and helpful. I rate the hotel 11 out of 10 points!

You gym needs improvements. Ur water dispenser is old and the tray is rustic. No towels. Ur weights are old style needs to be replaced without nuts and screwing. I believe fitness Centre is something every hotel needs to consider keeping in a prime condition. With work life at its peak, that’s one of those places we get to re-group our senses.

Excellent hotel right near the city center. 15 minutes on foot from the main railway station. I arrived in the evening, to find that they had slightly overbooked my room type. They swiftly upgraded me (for free) to a suite on the top floor. The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The Jazz bar serves excellent food. The pierogi alone are worth the stay. I have to commend the barman, whom I also met during my previous stay three years before. He has a good sense of humour and an excellent taste in vodka. Will definitely book again without hesitation if I need to stay in Katowice again.

Pro:: First we ordered the family room but then changed to two twin bed rooms and our children are 13 and 15 and the sofa seemed to be small for both them. The room size is OK, it is very clean and comfortable. Me and my son even used the gym (basic but satiating for a workout) once. The location of the hotel is almost perfect — only few minutes walk to the center where all the bars and restaurants are located. The hotel decoration is very modern and it has a good vibe. The check-in was done by a supper friendly reception clerk that even upgraded us the the 6th floor. We liked this hotel very much and will try to stay there again on out next visit to Katowice. מלון יפה ונעים, שירות טוב מאד, נקי ונוח — מומלץ Con: We took one room (my wife and daughter) with breakfast and the second (my son and me) without — according to my wife and daughter the breakfast was really disappointing and waste of money.

Nice hotel very well cared for restaurant with good dishes. Nice Staff Internet good. Hotel near the center and two shopping malls, bus and train station. The room was very clean Big bathroom. Nice experience.

All very well less Wi-Fi (coverage), for me is fundamental, only goes in hallways and door to room, saves the life of Internet mouth if you use laptop with connection. Best regards.

Very nice and up-to-standard 4-star hotel at a perfect location in the city center of Katowice. English speaking friendly and professional staff. Very nice and widely variated breakfast buffet. I can highly recommend this hotel.

I was there for a massive event where all the hotels were full. The service is good, the Internet connection too. The rooms are small, no bathtub and no good TV service. If you are in a very cold time the entertainment you have to take you because the hotel does not offer much. The food is good, the bar too. The good thing is that you get water without gas and free as well as free coffee for free.

I had a room block with the Angelo and the reservation staff were incredibly responsive and flexible. I had several changes and they handled everything quickly and without issue. Would defiantly recommend the Angelo to other people.

Very nice hotel. The Friendly reception is very helpful. The rooms are quite big and clean. Very nice bathroom with a good shower. There is a locker and a minibar. Breakfast is very good with many products, including some specific local products. The hotel is convieniently located near the city center. And they have a good taxi service.

Merite 5 Star Clean This is my favorite hotel.

Close to the city center and bus station. Good looking modern hotel. Helpful and kind stuff. Really clean. Room isn't to big but there is just enough space for 2 people. Bigger rooms also available. In my mind price is slightly to high as for a 4 star hotel and also room card often stopped working so I needed to ask for a new one (happened 3 or 4 times in 2 weeks time). Except that it was a good place to stay.

Great hotel x stay there. It is not acceptable that in the restaurant/bar ask for an ice cream… and you feel answer that at H. 22 closes the kitchen… why x does the ice cream need the cook? Joke?
The menu's proposed list is scarce. I asked for a T-bone steak as written in the menu and I got a regular steak but I paid x a T-bone that should have between the Alyro another form and tender quality. A nice hotel with nice rooms, nice parking and well cared for that can not overlook the breakfast which is not up to par. The bottle of cold milk was missing. Automating with machines the coffee and milk is not from hotels where you pay 145 euros per day… The smoked salmon that you find in every 4 star hotel in Poland was of poor quality as it was the mixed pancottaglia of chunks of salmon and not the single slices despite in Poland the salmon costs really little compared to Italy.
The croissants don't exist… I can expect it in the 3 star hotels not from you.
I will return to stay at the VS hotel and check if you have had the foresight to improve breakfast and restaurant. Don't disappoint me. Thank you.

I particularly liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the Reception, given the different program changes that I had to make adding more overnights at the last moment.

The ambience of the Hotel is excellent, as I really like the Jazz, the pictures and the atmosphere that it creates left me very satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The outward appearance is beautiful and very modern.

The hotel is fantastic. Is just on the right position to inquire about the city. Directly, almost opposite is a bus station where you can travel for very little money. The staff is topp, and the price is fine. If Katowice, it's just Angelo.

Very thorough and almost intrusive cleaning powers. Very friendly staff. Rooms furnished with love to detail, eg. Small additional flexible reading lights over the bed. The only minus point is the air conditioner, which is half central. You can adjust individually warmer, but it still just spreads cold out as it comes out of a central shaft.

A 2 minute walk to the bus station and 5 from the center. Efficient and fast services, great breakfast and the quality of the products is fresh and plentiful. The staff that works there is friendly and nice. Good location Great value.

Good tidy business / holiday hotel with all key amenities, excellent location, excellent quiet (! ) bar where you can relax and have a pleasant conversation.

We were here, the hotel is good, close to highway and shopping center. The Breakfast is expensive, could be cheaper. Hotel with 4 stars, has a restaurant (17:00 – 22:00). The food is delicious.
