A superb well located modern hotel. The staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful. The overall experience could not have been better!

We came at 10 am and was not expecting that the room was ready for us, but we Even got a free upgrade without asking. Very nice room and good value for money!

It was the best hotel ever I stayed. The room was very clean, modern and big enough. They gave two free bottles water everyday. The receptions were very friendly. The location was just perfect in the mid of the old town. The central railway station was just less 10 min to walk, so we took one day tour to Sopot and one day to Malbork. The Gdansk city was just so beautiful. The people in Poland was so friendly even not so many speak English. I and my friend were so satisfied for the trip and we both are pretty sure to stay for the same city in the next visit. It is high reconmended hotel to stay.

I debated whether to give a hotel score. The score will consist of several topics. With regard to the attitude and help of course I give 5 stars of course. They helped me find places to travel Cleaning the room — perfect. Close to all the central places of the city — 5 stars, — just as good as the 5 star hotels I saw there. There was only one small problem — with the price. Remember, with the last price they say you have to pay a little over 2 zloty per night. To me they said it only a day or two before the flight. If I will have something to look for in Gdansk after seeing the city several times on one trip — I think I would have come to this hotel again.

Amazing hotel. Rooms are good with nice amenities. Location is excellent. And the best part is the service. The staff is very good, and even offered to give detailed instructions to the Uber driver when I was a bit lost and needed a cab to the airport.

Piękny, uroczy hotel w sercu gdańskiej starówki. Bardzo nowoczesny, pokoje duże, przestrzenne, czyste. Ceny bardzo przystępne. Na dole hotelu bardzo fajna restauracja Mono, w której znaleźliśmy dla siebie kilka wegańskich dań. Na pewno jeszcze skorzystam z usług tego hotelu. Polecam!

A five-star level hotel with fair price. Bed is comfortable, shower room is nice and can store luggage. Everything is provided. Highly recommended.

Very noisy at night. Yelling and screaming till 3am from hotels bar behind the building.

Very clean and modern with a fantastic location in the old town. Very good value for the price. The only negative was bad water pressure in the shower.

Decent hotel, excellent staff. Though bathroom has some little holes in the bottom of the door which were open to a communal area in our room, very odd.

Very nice hotell. Okey breakfast and service at the bar. Except the maintenance man seemed to pull parts from the elevator. I'm handicapped, so I was a bit nervous. But all in all a great place to stay when in Gdańsk.

The noise that came from the bar down (bad techno music, drunk screaming) at room 115 was so bad that I could not rest properly. It starts around 2pm till late night. Asked for a room change but was not possible due to full booking. My advice is to find another place if you need to rest.
