Nice staff, great breakfast, good location.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, but a lot minus draws down in relation to total. The double beds in the economy room are very small, should not be so in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast very simple. Shower hangers did not work and one responder had very unfriendly attitude when approached us.

Very nice place 5 minutes walk from the old town. Super service. Forgot a cellphone charging in the lobby. Called them from the airport. They found it and sent it by taxi to the airport. Problem solved in 15 minutes.

Overall a great experience with nice rooms and facilities. The hotel felt well equipped and the rooms had air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was huge but it was hard to find out which parts were gluten free. The swimming pool and sauna felt clean and well tended but the showers were a bit messy. The drainage had stopped working when we were there so the entire dressing room was covered in water. The hotel restaurant had good food but was incredibly slow on preparing it (40+ minutes) despite us being the only guests.

Beautiful lobby, cozy swim area, small room and bed but clean, we were compensated dinner by the hotel manager for the rude attitude of the receptionist, excellant restaurant overall it was okay.

Very good hotel with very friendly staff and big, well furnished and clean rooms. Very good food at restaurant with especially good beef tartar. Only minus is that there is only one sauna room (infrared). Pool is not big but clean and good for kids to play. Very good location few minutes walk from old town.

The old town is literally a five minute walk from the hotel. But the hotel itself is in a quiet and peaceful location.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of the city centre.
The check-in went fast and smoothly our room was large, clean and beautiful, just a bit restless through the street.
The breakfast was really, really good!

Excellent hotel, a few steps from the center, modern and functional structure, helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, very abundant and varied buffet breakfast, excellent swimming pool and gym, I would definitely recommend.

Contemporary hotel walking distance to old town. Breakfast has a huge variety of food, nice small swimming pool, sauna is perfect for a relaxing day. Great stay for good value.

New Hotel. Near the city hall. The promenade and the old town are 700 metres away. All historic sites can be walked around. Great place for tourists.

New hotel with good overall standard. Minus for small pool, fitness room and shower which is hard to adjust to a comfortable temprature.

Very well done rooms with an excellent shower, good firm beds and very clean. Breakfast was good with a large choice. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was quiet and within walking distance of the center. Rooms spacious and tidy. Breakfast was varied and good. The staff at the reception friendly. Only negativ was the "barman" was arrogant and rude.

First impressions when arriving at this hotel was very good. We arrived very late and the staff were still vrry forthcoming and friendly. Instantly upon going further into the building after checking in we were met with stylish furniture and well designed rooms. Our room was elegant and quite nice, cleanliness in this hotel is absolutely fabulous, very good! Standard room. The beds were a little hard, but not too much so, bathroom is sized perfectly for two. We made use of the in-house massage offer, twice, they were very skilled and quite strong masseurs, did wonders. Breakfast had a great selection, many different types of bread to choose from and pretty much any covering you could want was present. Stopped by the hotel bar once as well, statisfied with the service and selection here as well. The hotel lies close to the old town and constantly has taxies outside it incase you dont want to walk, there is also a grocery store a mere 150 meters away, with a 6-7 min walk to the main tourist area of Gdansk and the resturants/shops this hotel is a heartwarmingly recommendatiom from me, very quiet location yet very central. Absolutely using this hotel again if coming back to Gdansk.

Great location, nice staff and nice interior. Sadly the beds are way to hard and there's little to no english speaking TV entertainment station's.

Good international standard. Reasonable price. I did not try the breakfast.

10 minute easy walk to the Old Town. Reliable Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. Limited but decent gym (no free weights, just Cardio machines). The entire place is almost brand new. All in all a great value.
