Great clean rooms and a great location by the sea.

Located close to beach — 200m walk. Hotel is located in approx 10 separate buildings, in some cases guests have to go outside to get from reception to the room. Underground parking is available under each building, while area is secured. Hotel is family friendly and got additional offers just for children. SPA, shallow swimming pool, outside and inside playground are a available, which is great. I deducted 1 star due to service, as I had to ask the reception staff 2 times for additional duvets, that should be already in the room.

The hotel is very nice, great rooms. Nice staff. There are a lot of Ukrainians working in the hotel. There are two very good guys they are from Ukraine. I recommend the hotel.

The rooms are great, mini apartments with everything you expect to have in an extended stay. My only complaint is the double occupancy is barely that, both beds are very close in a small room. The beach is only a 5 minute walk, the hotel also has bicycles you can use.

Very clean and excellent food. And there is always something good to eat for kids. Perfect for families.

Decent hotel. On request was received. The rooms are modern and well furnished and have been cleaned every day. The bathroom is very large. The breakfast buffet is good and tasty. Public transport is easy to reach. The tram is a good one kilometer walk. To get to the old town of Gdansk you take line 2 or 8.

Nice staff, who speak good english. Modern, clean rooms. Food was good.

Service stuff quite unpleasant. Swimming pool is very small. Room cleaning service quite unreliable. Perfect location and decent food though.

Golden Tulip Gdansk residence is a very quiet place, 5 minutes away from the beach. The apartments are very well equipped and above all the beds are incredibly comfortable :)
SPA & Wellness area is also very well equipped — but — you must book early enough the appointment for massage (approximately a week before — in the high season).
Service-in-residence is very nice and professional.
Conclusion: Just book and enjoy the time there!

I forgot my jacket in their Hotel suite during my stay, and asked them to send it to me in Sweden, I offered to pay the shipping cost. They told me that they wanted 110 € to send it to me. That is 2, 5 times more than I payed for it and almost as much as the room itself costed for one night. This is the worst service I have ever encountered and I would strongly discourage everybody from ever staying here.

While on vacation my husband had to be hospitalised for 5 days. I want to highlight the friendliness of its employees in such critical moments regarding the services of the hotel cleaning spaciousness of the rooms and a very decent buffet.

Superb location close to the sandy beaches. Excellent place for people who love jogging, nordic walking and water sports. Nice rooms and delicious breakfast.
