Excellent old school hospitality! Excellent facilities and relaxed atmosphere, beautiful views from our room! The accommodation is spotless, warm and spacious! None of that modern tiny rooms ridiculousness! Proper bathroom and lots of storage! Loving it! Classy and fabulous!

Fantastic experience, extremely friendly staff. The location of the hotel is the best possible — just by the beach and meters away from town’s cultural centre. So highly recommended!

The most wonderful experience from start to finish. Before we even arrived we received a phone call from Alexandra and Kacper to welcome us. This welcome continued when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely room, great service. On the day we left Kacper was there to say goodbye. Exceptional in every way. We will be back. Thank you.

Spontaneous decision to come to the Grand Hotel Sopot. Amazing breakfast with choices from the buffet and the menu. Great service from Victoria, a real credit to the hotel.

Excellent hotel with great service but bit expensive. I really appreciate what they've done — I stayed here in the early/mid 1990s and the hotel today has been unbelievably transformed! Highly recommended!

Do not recomend the beach restaurant! Had to wait 1, 5 hour for our starter. When the dinner Finally arrived they had forgotten one of us. Really bad service and an unpleasant staff!

It's a beautiful hotel. There is a sit where Charles de Gaulle stayed. It stands on the beach. Very pleasant view and a great place to walk.

I have just returned from my family holidays there. I am in love with all they have to offer from attentive staff to the luxuries available on every step. Not to be missed if you are in Poland.

We didn't stay here we used the facilities during the day. It has a great location, many facilities such as spa. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Was just here for casino. Only one blackjack table was working. Roulette was popular but not my game. Slots were the multi game style you find in these parts, payout fair as far as machines go.

Service was great, everyone is friendly and really helpful. Private beach is really nice and has a restaurant, changing room and toilets. Drinks at the bar were great and food at the restaurant also tasty. The pool has a lot of cool features and the hotel has a sauna and spa. The hotel provides a mobile phone for guest use which was great. However, the phone did not always work and shower temperature did not remain constant when taking a shower. If you keep the key card next to your phone it won't work well.

The level of the food and service in the restaurant was very poor. Everything else was terrific.

One of the best hotels in Sopot. Convenient location, chic view from the room, delicious and varied breakfasts. The staff is beyond praise. Large children's room, quick check-in and check-out procedure. At the reception Alexandra helped us with all our questions and requests. High level of service in everything.

This is my favourite hotel. My very favourite. Home from home and still sheer luxury. Every little touch is special — from the lightbringers in the evening to the pink champagne in the morning. This is no hotel. It is our little secret piece of heaven. And every moment I leave it I start missing its smiling, beautiful tranquility. Thank you for still being there when we come back, Sofitel Grand Sopot.

The hotel was given a complete makeover not too long ago some people don't like the changes but others do. It's also a good place for hosting large events and parties.

Really nice hotel! Our room was very spacious and provided all the comforts, from slippers and rope to TV and radio. We did not have sea facing view unfortunately. Staff were very friendly. Our only complaint was about the serving speed of waitresses at the restaurant. Nevertheless, all members of the staff were helpful and professional. Conference room service met our expectations as well.

My wife and I absolutely loved the hotel and its staff. All the persons we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The pool, Hammam and sauna were great. We can't wait to return!

I just got home after almost a week at Sofitel Grand Hotel and I long back! It has been absolutely gorgeous days, both in the conference room, the restaurant and on the beach. I don't have a single thing to complain about-the Staff was absolutely wonderful! So thank you all at Grand Hotel, especially Dorota & Co in the restaurant who always did the little extra for all guests! I will be back soon!

Beautiful hotel! Right at the beach and attractions. Amazing views and friendly, helpful staff that will go the extra mile to help. Great place for families and they accomadate children and babies. The food at the restaurant is exquisite! The rooms are big and cozy, only could use chargers for phones at the beds and the bed could be more comfortable. Overall worth it and a real pleasure to stay here with many great memories and an amazing experience!

Grand Hotel in Sopot is a dream come true. Especially for me. I used to go to Sopot for summer holidays when I was a child. Then, we could only walk by and admire the amazing building and park around it. Now, forty years later I came to stay and see Sopot again. The hotel is even more beautiful and I looked at the sea from the balcony. Dream come true. Everything was absolutely first class, spotlessly clean, wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly. The style of the hotel is kept perfectly and even the taxi driver said: this hotel has a soul. I will return soon.

The staff does everything to make our holidays here just wonderful. Our second summer here is no disappointment. Some parts of the hotel can use some upgrades but the service, politeness and hospitality makes up for it.

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Sopot in the summer of 2013. It was worth every penny! Gorgeous room with gorgeous view, and most accommodating stuff. Delicious, elegant breakfast. Can't wait to go back.

A very enjoyable stay. Breakfast is excellent. Wi-Fi is very good. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Two remarks though. The curtains are not able to block daylight. I had to rebuild the room to make it sufficiently dark so I could sleep. The second issue is with the overly helpful staff. Providing service also means that you should be able to judge if that extra service is needed. As a guest I feel that I sometimes get jumped upon by young staff who's very eager to carry my luggage our such. Service should add to the experience, not detract from it. I have spend quite a few days at this hotel in the past and I notice it every time.

They showed the Germany match in a private room for us while Poland was playing. Excellent service :)

Very nice old style hotel, has still it's good taste and look. you can feel the pre-world war II atmosphere.

This place is febulous in any way you can imagine. The service is fantastic, the bar is great (and relatively cheap as for this hotel class). You must book any room with the sea view — it's worthy to pay just a bit more!

Beautiful location. New and well equipped spa and gym. Big rooms and super comfy beds. Delicious breakfasts (best ever eaten with phenomenal selection). Kids club with a baby sitter. The only minus for background services. Rooms not cleaned before noon and ready for check in on time.

I was a few days in Sopot, excellent hotel. Pleasant service, unfortunately too expensive. Very well equipped rooms. With view to the sea, you feel as a VIP, many people photograph this famous hotel. A highlight in Sopot.
