Located from the shot near Glucholazy on a hill with very nice views and plenty of tranquility. In winter there is not much going on, and you can relax in snow and sunshine. The rooms are clean and spacious. Poles are typical but perfumed, which is a shortcoming for me. The reception almost always speaks slip or at least English. The breakfast is excellent, unfortunately both salmon and steak for dinner we were beyond the cooking point… All in all a good and inexpensive tip at least off-season for people who want peace and quiet.

Have been regularly in Aspen since 2014. Alone, with family, friends or clientele — Aspen is the premier location in the area. Perfect atmosphere, tasty cuisine, great service. After every mountain bike tour, the sauna is a must. The hotel became the firm cornerstone of my every stay in the Opawskie Mountains/Zuckmanteler Highlands.
Forget about comments from people like "blitzkidx"; Guys who create "reviews" for various malls or McDoofs have no idea what good quality is about.

It's really wonderful hotel, placed far from civilization, near beatifull forest.

We stayed in this hotel in November 2017 during our visit in Poland and I´d like to take chance and express my opinion of it.
Location wise it´s perfect. It´s surrounded by hills and forests. It´s near the Czech border, close to tiny historical towns on the both sides of the borderline as well as to bigger cities such as Wroclaw, Nysa or Opole.
The staff is excellent, professional and fluent in English (some also in German).
The hotel has an excellent SPA&Wellness area with 2 kinds of saunas, Jacuzzi, relaxation beds and a nice garden where you can get directly from the saunas to cool down. Wellness is in price of room. Everything modern, furnished with glass and wood and very clean. It´s open till 10 pm. Surprisingly it was not crowded even when the weather was not so good.
The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable and very clean. Everything worked.
The greatest thing about this hotel from my standpoint is the restaurant. It serves modern international cuisine, very tasty, the food is nice decorated on the plate. A lot of vegetable. Even when you arrive 15 minutes before the closing time (and it´s open till 10 pm. ), you´ll get the full service and can enjoy your meal without hurry.
There are plenty of activities which can be carried out in all kinds of weather.

It's a nice enough hotel if you are looking to relax on a weekend and be one with nature. However, I am giving this hotel a 2 star rating mainly because of the food and the restaurant service.
First, we ordered carbonara, soup and chocolate milkshake on the day we arrived — those are the worst carbonara and milkshake we've had in our lives. Soup was also forgettable.
On the 2nd day, during breakfast buffet. Only a few seats was setup. Hence prompting other guests to just come back when others were finished eating. We felt a bit rushed as the waitress asked if she can take our plates, perhaps 'mildly' asking us to leave.
Now for the worst part, on the Golden Night Bal on New Year's Eve, we asked the restaurant manager himself where is table number 8 and he himself and one of his staff pointed us to our table. About 30mins later, another couple came and said we are in fact sitting on their seats. Restaurant manager DID NOT apologize and instead made us appear like idiots (sorry for the term). Due to this very bad experience, we know we will never come back nor we will ever recommend this place especially to foreigners like myself.

Really excellent hotel. We were in this hotel for the weekend and we were very satisfied. Pleasant and nice service — only had one small drawback that the whole "crew" of this hotel speak only Polish, English speak only 1 receptionist and wrong. German spoken there nobody at all. Great was the restaurant and relaxation area (sauna, massages, whirlpool). The hotel is not suitable for children — they have nothing to do there, but a relaxing weekend for two is a great experience.
