Hotel is immaculate, you can see and smell the cleaningness (I don't mean th bleach, it smells of fresh flowers and fresh laundry). We went there for a weekend getaway with our toddlers. The aqua park is fantastic, the only minus is that air temperaturę could be higher (it was 29 and it could be 31), because if you walk around with young kids it gets chilly. But my kids were still amazed by the place, the palm trees and decor. We had to have reguar breake betwwen swiming to warm up, that's all. Food is outastanding, usually with bufet I find I like about 30percent of choices. At luch here I could try about 90 percent of food, it looked so good! From litle tartlets to deserts, it represents fine dining experience and should be praised! The only thing we realized at the restaurant was a bit chilly too, se we went back for jumpers (especially if you ve just been swimming and come with your hair or your kids hair wet — not ideal. But no minus for that as you can simply adapt to it. Rooms were super clean and very comfy. We slept very well. The Staff is very friendly, always said hello, which is so nice and not that common in Poland unfortunetly. Othe rkids attractions were play room and kidos club. The play room is an isolated place and is very limited with attractions. For my boys it took 10minutes to get bored of. There is just ball pond and big table with toys around. No little tykes ride ons, no plastic houses or slides.

Nice outside full of plants and gardens. Hotels quality is what you would expect from 4 star hotel.

Great hotel. Everything is new and clean. The food is very decent.

Hotel very large and full. It has many types of rooms. It is good to spend a weekend. We really liked the area Kiddos, site games ideal for the little ones of the house.

Very good hotel. It is luxury with a multitude of amenities. Including spa which is called Aquapark and for children who have a children's playground. Several restaurants, a nightclub in the eighty and ballot with three tracks. Highly recommended and in a privileged enclave. Very good for a family.

I went there for swimming and I did it. 27zl/60 min. Pool is nice. Lockers are too small. Changing rooms clean.

I recommend not far from Warsaw its complex pool etc… L Summer idea for an afternoon and good restoration.

The hotel is located in a picturesque location, on the banks of the river Narew.
The dishes are very high quality.
Prices are reasonable.

No way this place deserves 4*, 2* at best. Rooms are really dusty, no disposable soap, shampoo or anything at all. Only used, public toilet style soap bottles that irritate skin. Beach is a joke, it's just a pile of sand near dirty lake. If you eat something beside wheat and meat, you will starve. The whole 4* hotel had no bananas for my 3 year old son. The pool is overcrowded mostly by people who don't stay at the hotel. In general, overrated and overpriced.

Very modern, clean and friendly hotel. Big but you don't feel it. Great rooms. Food — ok. Fantastic location with privat beach, spa, swimming pool. I was 2 times and I will back for sure.

For a 4 star hotel and spa the amenities are great. Prepare to have lots of families around, pools does get crowded with kids. Best time to visit, off season, while the weather is cold.

Room wasn't great. Swimming pool and food was good. Location behind hotel is pretty.

Pool and sauna area was good, however I don't think it really justified the higher price. Instead of a double bed was just two single beds. There was a misunderstanding with the price of food which they did honour the misunderstanding. The receptionist was great and helped.

Maximum organization and order, super clean everywhere. Over the top services, such as the children's playroom, really spectacular. The rooms are really nice, spacious and modernly furnished and with a lot of wood.
Pools: 4 different tanks, very funny one with the current. Environment specifically tailored for children. Even the changing rooms and bathrooms with tubs are perfect. Even the shower gel on the walls is also a great shampoo …
Only three criticisms: 1) the air temperature in the pools is a few degrees too cold, people were all a little chilly!

2) are very annoying the splashes caused by those who use the water jet. The location should be changed.
3) inside the hotel there is a shortage of signs and indications of paths.
Last note: main restaurant where they don't serve bread (… outrageous)

This is the opinion about swimming pool or some kind of small water park that is integral part of hotel complex. Quite nice but for kids the number of entertainments rather limited. Rather small swimming pool — just 20m and only two lines. Nice sauna and what is very important a barrel with very cold water — not just like in many other venues only showers.

Service is a foreign Word.
We have booked a weekend at the hotel to get something out of the city (Warsaw) with our 2-year-old son. We arrived on Saturday afternoon, after we still can have checked in the morning that our reservation is still currently (confirmed).
At the reception we get our card (if still everything alright). We arrived at "our" room and realized with amazement that this was documented. Hm. A call to the reception that should solve Hotel Yes 4 star in one, I thought.
You assured me that getting a room in any case for us. The person in the room for us, was part of a delegation, which has hired a number of rooms for 3 days and it was thought that this person would have to leave the hotel, therefore the room has rented. Because the person Yes but still there was and it was 100% occupied, it has told me there is no room for me… At my request, has me with the Hotel Manager, Mr Stanislaw Dubrow, no time to make informed me with the talk. There was no matter whether customers get an ordered room or not, have been communicated, that we could go in any guesthouse in 5 km distance.
1. They gave us access to the rooms booked by a customer. It is clear to me, there is no value in this hotel on security of the customers and their property set.
2. Unfähiges management (Mr. Dubrow) — the availability calendar "consciously" overbook, free after the Moto is already one on the park bench sleep.
