Nice hostel with very good sanitary facilities. The beds are quite comfortable. Our heater was broken so we couldn't turn it off which was quite annoying. The location is absolutely brilliant if you want to explore the Warsaw night life.

Just super! Cleanliness is ideal, cosiness on all 100%, design and furnishing at the highest level, friendly collective, there is all that would pezproblemno to live not needing in anything.

Clean, warm free towels and loundry service and milk with cornflakes plus internet :)

Great Hostel. The Rooms are nice. The Staff speaks Russian. Two toilets and two showers. The rooms have a TV. And Most importantly, on the first floor is a great beer bar with a very huge assortment of beers. Very close to the center and not far from the old Town (walking 25-30 minutes). Quiet and Peaceful hostel.

Convenient location in the center, friendly staff (Russian, Ukrainian language). Clean rooms, there is a kitchen with all the equipment and utensils. Affordable Price.

The service has been the most displeased, they were very unfriendly, the room was dirty, the floor is carpeted and full of hair… We had private bathroom and that really was clean. The best thing about it was the location, very close to the bus that takes you to the airport and to the train station. In 15 minutes walking you will arrive to the most tourist area of the city, where the free tours are made.

I've been to many different hostels in many different countries and this was definitely one the worst experiences I've ever had. Even before getting there, the communication by email regarding the booking was really bad. We stayed two nights and we couldn't pay with credit card because the machine was broken. Nobody seemed to be interested on fixing it. On the second night, a Sunday, many rooms were empty and they took advantage of it to paint many of them with led to construction works noise even beyond midnight. We ordered breakfast (pretty basic but expected) and on the second day I returned since we were waiting for milk to be provided while the girl at the reception kept saying for one and a half hours she was waiting for the delivery. It's bad service in general but even more having a supermarket 3 minutes by walk… Last, but not least, we also booked the parking option which was basically an outdoor yard with a light fence managed by a old couple who knew no single word in English and were quite arrogant. The day we left we found out that the parking booking was only until 11am, same time as the checkout, and we had to pay extra for it. Obviously nobody from the hostel told us. Talking about accommodation facilities, the rooms were small, ours at least was a bit dirty and with a back-destroyer mattress. However, on the other side, there were plenty of toilets and showers and they were quite clean. Summarizing, please do a favor to yourself and go somewhere else!

I wouldn't recommend this place to everyone but if you're going to Poland because the drank is cheap and you don't want to sleep, this place is for you. The rooms are small and the beds are underwhelming but there is TV and even some rooms with a bathroom. They serve breakfast but that is also fairly underwhelming. Here is the catch however, they are open 24 hours a day. So fasten your seat belt, check into the Moon hostel and pour up.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in — definitely the cleanest bathrooms and showers. Very nice common area and kitchen. Rooms are homey but the beds are horribly uncomfortable.

Our first problem was the communication: We wanted 1 bedroom with a doublebed for 3 nights. What we got was a room with 2 seperate beds for 2 nights — we were lucky that we could add another night afterwards. The rooms were clean but since the main street is very near and many bars are below it's very loud, even at night. The windows are not soundproof. The worst part for me was a very specific smell. Either it was something from the cleaing or a scented spray — I couldn't stand it. It was everywhere. Kitchen is big with lots of dishes. Even a Kicker is there. Prices were ok. But you can get cheaper rooms somewhere else.

Perfect location and helpful staff. I stayed in a single room and the room could have been a bit better. The pillow was pretty uncomfortable but otherwise it was a good stay. Would stay here again if in Warsaw just for the location.

The hotel is in a great location and for the price it's great! However, that pub downstairs can get wicked loud if you are staying there on the weekend.

Went for 2 days in Gdansk with my daughter. Great location, friendly staff (problems with understanding each other was not), clean room with its own bathroom, facing the courtyard, so was quiet. Very warm, good insulation. Could be free to prepare a Cup of tea or coffee in the spacious kitchen. No cons, just suggestions — a couple of cups and one-time toiletries in the EN Suite bathroom.

The location of the hostel is beautiful, from city hall to go 6 minutes. Everything is close and very beautiful. The hostel is clean, has all the amenities, newly renovated, clean bathroom, Wi-Fi, in our room there was a TV. Of the minuses terrible soundproofing, doors creak terribly loose and shaking which was very difficult to sleep. Bedding and mattress not in perfect condition (which for a hostel is acceptable). Caught two administrators : the girl is very polite, all lucidly explained; and second administrator, a man came up to him with questions he answered sharply, shrugged and went about his business. Overall a solid 4.

The room I've been in was small but exactly what you'd expect from a hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great spot in the center of the city.

Located just in the center in the very high-end street Foksal. A lot of great restaurants around serving fine food. Great spot to start off night out.

Very nice and modern, and of course with its own television room, a price by about €60 the night for 2 adults and 2 children. And the hostel is very centrally located. There are almost 800 metres from central station.

Super free our Yorki to the room. Unfortunately, the night very loud on the street by several local.

Very well located! Lots of animation around! The rooms were very nice! Recomended.
