The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The location is near the bus and tram stations. Also the apartment is in a very calm area. In general, I loved my stay there. Wasaw is a beautiful city and polish people are very kind.

Dears, BEWARE OF Appartments4you Warsaw. we booked with large advance an apartment in the historical center of the town. After they asked multiple times at what time we would check in (useless question, since you can only check in after 2pm), we left our luggage in their office in the morning. After we got back there at 7pm to get the luggage and to check-in, they informed us they arbitrary changed our apartment with another one (due to unspecified problems discovered in the morning by the housemaid, that they claimed to be impossible to solve the same day). This new apartment was not in Warsaw center, and we had to change all our previous plans and reservations (restaurants, taxis to airport, visits, …) due to this. I wonder why they didn't conctact me as soon as the problem was found, just as they did for silly things. Or why they didn't give me the chance to plan another accomodation by letting me know about this problem at the very last minute, when I came back in person to their office. I really don't care about discounts for an accomodation I don't want and I didn't choose in first place. I just want what I paid for. And if this is not available for any reason, at least I want to be notified about it in a timely manner, so that I can decide whether to accept their new proposal or not. Nothing more and nothing less.
