Got our keys and opened the door to a messy bed another set of keys and a shoebox. (Room had not been cleaned) It was 4 when we checked in. Our cousins room had mushrooms growing out of the carpet. Room 20. Fyi. We both got placed in new rooms. Theirs had a Kleenex under their bed and our had loads of spider webs hanging down from the bed. Also flies that are called drain flies. Gross.

The location its good close to everything you need the rooms could be better but its cheap sonwe cant ask for much.

Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Had a great sleep and rest and continued on our journey.

Clean but certainly agree on the musty smell in the room and certainly affected us, but certainly not bad for the money it costed and certainly enjoyed the pool dispite the rain… lol! We certainly have stayed at worse.

Knights Inn is a typical low end highway motel. I paid close to $119 on a last minute reservation but it was Canada Day holiday weekend and most places were full. The room was small and you could barely walk around the bed. However, it was very clean and the king bed was comfortable. Their poor attempt at breakfast was the worst I've ever seen (see photos) and the one bagel I tried was so stale I threw it out. Overall, it was a bad value for the price I paid and I would look for alternatives before staying there again.

Guy at front desk not so friendly. If you have a question like time when breakfast is available or Wi-Fi password word. Hell point to the tiny printed up signs on the counter and give you a look like duh it's right here. Also could not get the TV to work. Pool is small but clean. Breakfast was 2 types of cereal. A bag if bagels, bag of sliced bread. Waffles mix. Or get juice, coffee, and apple juice.

It was ok other then rift raft drinking beers in the room beside us. Had to stress about my new truck parked outside. Stunk like dirty cigarettes outside. Price for the room was cheap.

The room was clean, very nice people in the office, overall it turned out to be a great stay. I would stay here again.

Ended upbin hospital twice in a month and had to be put on heavy antibiotics and oxygen … to keep alive. Closest Ive ever came to death … id sleep on a bench in a blizzard rather then stay another night in that motel. There was a hole cut out of the. And when we got there. We had to tell them that there was a water break. Where he layed on floor for 8 minutes and Saïd yes… ym… even after I said theres a hole you can look in… wow then tried to keep my deposit.

Ya it looked ok at first clean yes cleaning lady under paid treated badley we had a water main brake under our room. For a few days we stayed with unknown sound coming from everywhere didn't suspect this one. Tell the owner witch is posting adds about how great his stay was lol. Long story short my husband was hospitalized after and could breath was released came back and the owner came to switch rooms to have fixed then we came by to c how it was going the mold in crawl space under our room incredibly bad again he was hospitalized again. With knowing we said to hospital about could it be mold. Yes they said we told owner well he did nothing but nice us back to the mold room with only the pipe fixed. And to boot tryed stealing deposit. Saying we never gave one thank fully we had receipts he didn't,, sad sad.

We forgot our toothpaste and the housekeeper was irritated that we asked her for some. The coffee machine is nice to have but not when the water quality is extremely under par. My wife almost puked because of her morning coffee that was provided in the breakfast area. It tasted like the container they had it in hadn't been cleaned or it had been sitting there for way too long. A big plus is that there is a waffle maker. Its not what you expect when the breakfast is described as grab and go so that was nice. I got told I made too big of a waffle. Get to breakfast early because there is no extra orange juice. All in all it was a bed to sleep in but the customer service and quality of services left us unimpressed.

Nice location with swimming pool and bbq facilities in front yard, Nice room with comfortable bed, Mattress is so good, I loved this place, I will stay again and again.

Inexpensive, but toilet not working and water tastes awful. The pool is small but very pleasant, bed is comfortable.

Needs improvement with the cleanliness of the bed sheets. There is mild mold.

Good location, town is pretty close as well as two beaches. A good big and open front lawn and cozy rooms.

The staff was friendly. When we went to check in they had trouble finding all our information at first since we made our reservation online at the most popular 3rd party hotels website. Originally we planned for 3 nights but wanted to add a 4th and had to make a separate reservation. They at first said we would have to pay for the extra day, but kept looking around for it. Eventually they found it and combined it with our other one so we had the same room. The room was a decent size and fairly clean but old. The phone hardly works, the tub drained slowly, and the bed was very hard. Very hard. Free Wi-Fi, cable, mini fridge, and microwave with our room though. Breakfast bar we gave a pass and just went out instead. Consists of bagels, toast, cereal and waffles if you want. The pool looks clean, but it was a little too cool during or stay to test it out. We tried to find an inexpensive hotel and got what we paid for.

Decent place to just crash for the night. Beds are very hard! There's a fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, cable and a pool. Other then that the rooms are nothing special.

Definately recommend this place. They are really accommodating.

We stayed at this motel for two nights. When we first saw the room rates we were concerned that it may be a dive… However very impressed… It was clean, quiet, and friendly service. The furniture was a bit outdated, but the beds were comfortable and with clean bedding and towels. The motel is located on the outskirts of the city, therefore enjoyed a bit of country waking up to serenade of the songbirds wafting in through the bathroom window.

Two things I always want in a motel is a clean room and a comfortable bed. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very polite and professional. However, the beds were rock hard and appeared very old. We did not sleep well the entire time we stayed. The rooms were somewhat dated, but again, they were at least clean. Location is great and only takes a short drive to go eat, go to the beach, Niagara Falls, etc. Would not stay again until they get better beds.
