Great attentive staff for a well-kept clean hotel not too far (20 min taxi ride) from downtown Warsaw. Unbeatable price for 4 stars.

It was okay. Breakfast, Service and rooms were just okay. Some minor issues here and there, nothing dealbreaking. I just don't understand why it's a 4 star hotel, there wasn't even a mini bar in our room.

We were in 5 we found it bad, the beds not redone, the kindness don't even know what it is, they definitely won't see us anymore!

I wasn't expecting the treatment we received while staying in the hotel. We were staying there from Wednesday to Sunday, Our room was on the first floor and at first we were really happy with the hotel. On Friday night they had some party at their restaurant. The music was so loud we could sing the songs with the people downstairs. It started around 21:00 and was OK at first since we assumed that until midnight they will finish. At 00:20 I called reception to say that it is getting a bit late and we would like to go to sleep but cannot due to our room being disco dance. The reception informed us that the party will be for another 30-40 minutes. It was a bit annoying because we were really tired and couldn't go to sleep but we understood that it is probably a good way for the hotel to make extra money so we held another 40 minutes. When I called again at 01:20 I was informed that the party is not going to stop for another hour at least and if we are not happy about it the only thing we can do is change our room to a higher floor. At 1:30 am they asked to pack all our things that we unpacked for 3 days and move to a different room if we want to get some sleep that night. We payed money to sleep at night we are not staying in this place for free. To force us pack our entire room or to stay awake the entire night is awful. My main complaint is that they didn't warn us about this.

Great New Year venue! The served three course dinner could have been better but the shrimps at the live cooking station were delicious. Great party and atmosphere.

The hotel is good but they are not the freindliest one. I did not feel as a guest but as a client.

No pool. Jacuzzi not available on sunday. Food is good. Clean. No extractor in toilet. Shower ok. Double bed rooms are singles yoi can combine. Tv in polish only.

Meal For accommodation we had booked breakfast, which was well prepared, prestrené, rich selection of dishes. accommodation The problem with opening doors and lack of rapid removal by presonálu. Clean environment, a piece of unpleasant odor in the corridors of the hotel. The staff Communication in English and Polish.

Vacationing in August. A very good hotel. Good prices. The rooms are clean, near the center.
