The center, breakfast buffet variety is good. The rooms are good. The staff are polite.

Vile — it is best to avoid this hotel. My room stank of stale cigarette smoke. The air conditioning was not effective and it did not appear to be used in the public areas of the hotel such as reception. I was travelling with a group and our buffet dinner was really awful. Furthermore, we were not allowed to have dessert. This hotel was really awful, but the worst thing was the smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room as already mentioned above. This is the one and only time I have had the misfortune to stay in a Golden Tulip Hotel. I'm glad I only had to endure it for about 13 hours before moving on.

Good location, close to public transport. Direct bus connection to the airport. Room clean and decently sized. Bed OK but the duvet was too plastic-like and not breathable. Pillows too small and no extras in the room. Wi-Fi not great, spotty and slow, requires a lot of personal information to work at all. Bathroom also OK, but the bathtub splash guard was too small, leading to a lot of splashes when taking a shower. No fridge or iron in the room. Ironing room serviceable, a bit dark. All in all decent, but I was expecting a bit more for the price.

Clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Location The city centre, and easy access to Frederic Chopin Airport.

Few minutes walking distance from the city center. I booked a standard room and was given a free upgrade upon check in.   Room and the bathroom were clean. Mini Bar and Tea / Coffee were free in that type of upgraded room. Enough Towels and Toiletries given.   Breakfast was delicious and waiters were friendly. In Dinner we had dumplings and salmon fish, recommended.

Business trip friendly hotel 10 minutes walk from dead central Warsaw. Spacious rooms that face a main road so a bit of noise if you open the window. A lot of channels (Canal+) on the tv, though most in Polish. No extra pillows in the room so ask if you need them. Bed was a bit hard but overall a very positive stay.

Excellent all dining rooms breakfast. And wonderful staff.

I stay for 5 times a year. Reasonable-sufficient quality and comfort. Always clean, everything works and looks good. Comfortable beds, new televisions. A hearty and tasty breakfast. The staff is always friendly. Fitness center with sauna is just there, praise them especially not for that, but also scold. I put 4 stars only because there is no special zest. Although, for many chain hotels its lack is more of a norm.

Good hotel situated not too far from the central rail station. It's a 15 minute walk or 3 stops on a tram or a bus. The public transport is really good. The hotel room itself was alright. Breakfast too pricy at 65 zlotych per person.

I was here for a meeting without staying here. Service was great. The prices in the restaurant are very moderate.

No no no. We thought this would be an 4 star hotel. So wrong we had. The hotel felt old and not fresh. We had to change our room because our bed was terrible. The next room we got had a broken lamp beside the bed. We made an test each day. The lamp could turn 90 degrees so it would land on the bed. We did this every day and they cleaned the room every day. Nothing happened from the hotel. And the breakfast was just ok, but expensive. We paid the same price for one person, flight and 3 nights at the hotel, as we did for 2 breakfasts. It lays close to the center and has nice personal.

The hotel is nice and clean. As for the staff I must say there was a very friendly receptionist and another one who was not so much.

Gym was great, location was good as well. Near trams, buses and train station, and esp near hotel. Good staff but the breakfast could have been better for the price (68zloty)

Extraordinary service. Receptionist were very nice;) Room was clean although the first one we got was a little bit smelly of cigarettes. We got exchange without any problems thought ;) Breakfast was good ;) it was worth the half price 39pln we've paid for it but wouldn't be worth 70pln. Overall great quality for the price;)

The facilities in the room and hotel was awesome, the bed is comfortable, sanitary is clean and tidy. The gym and the sauna is 24 hrs and nice! The receptionist is friendly and smiley, provided useful information and high efficiency. Will come back next time while travel Warsaw! Recommend people to stay here!

Hotel just a short distance from the central station. Close to the center. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Very good bedding. Well soundproof despite its location on a busy axis. Breakfast varied, good products and lots of choice. Top!

Nice hotel at reasonable price. Very well located near the city centre of Warsaw and the Palace of Culture.
Good service in general and recommended to spend some nights in Warsaw.

A casual but elegant place, a classic design and style, wonderful attention, the room impeccable and very comfortable, I only suffered because I had no converter for the current but out of that everything excellent!

The hotel is clean, the rooms are well furnished. The Wi-Fi works most of the time and if you really try, the staff will give you a smile. The best part is the central location.

Hotel that seems to be of quality but then it is something else. At first glance the room looked like it was OK but just moving a table we found rubbish on the floor, as we uncovered the beds we found some hairs and leftovers as if they had been eating a sandwich on top. In the bathroom smelt of downspout and one of the towels had yellow spots. In Booking they say they have a pool, but it's a lie, they have an old gym and a small sauna. Luckily we only needed it to spend one night.

Hotel is old and dated. Non smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Poor cleanliness. Unprofessional staff. Would steer clear of this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, nice and elegant…

Only OK. The service was good, but our hotel room was quite dated. Bed was comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't great. The TV was pretty new. I can't knock it for the price we paid, but think I might have been spoilt by other hotels in Warsaw.

Nice and clean room with all facilities (gym, spa etc. ) located in the city center close to old town.

Simple cozy a good bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, a terrific breakfast, 12 ' from the airport by car or 20 ' by bus at a great price.

Room was okay. The first room I was given had the door open when I arrived and smelt of cigarette smoke. I asked to change which was done with no hassle.

Hotel is accessible via train and not too far from Warsaw Central Station. Staff are very polite and able to speak English. We had also asked for late check-out and they staff was very helpful to accommodate our request. Room is quite comfortable as well.

Clean, spacious, good location to get to the expo. The SPA is small and accessible only by reservation. Good breakfast though.

Nice and quiet rooms. Only problem was someone left food in the fridge and it was rotten so when we opened the fridge there was a horrible smell. Everything else was good.

Location is ok if you're going to the airport but it's more on the fringe of the city center. Check in time was longer than expected as the front desk was understaffed. The room itself was drab and dreary and there was too much road noise even on the seventh floor. The lights stopped working called the front desk and waited 30 minutes for the technician to arrive. The sauna is decent.

Does not pull on a 4 star hotel.

We had a great time. All spotless and the staff friendly and helpful.

Got a room to the side of the road. It's super loud, because a multi-lane road right in front of the hotel. The window is old and isolated almost no road noise. How can you fall asleep? Breakfast is quite good and the rooms and facilities are cheap for the price.

Centre. Just not the expensive parking. Pure and good.

Right from the main road, close to the Centre, a large guarded underground parking. Overall, not bad.
