Great hotel! Not what you expect as it looks like from the outside. I underestimated how it looked from outside, but it is actually a welcoming, safe and luxurious hotel for a well fair price! Great service also! I would definitely overnight at the hotel again next time when I will be visiting Warszaw again :D.

The place is a bit run down. The room was clean but had a sent of cigarette smoke. Probably the furniture comes from a time when smoking was still permitted. Location is a bit further off but the city center is conveniently reachable by tram (~30min).

Saturday from 08.00 in the morning did repair rooms,, drilled walls, did not give sleep, freaks! There is no refrigerator, air conditioning, flowing shower.

24/7 available, nice service and enough service to keep u happy at your stay.

Hotel is located in a relatively quiet and secure place on the east bank of Vistula; it’s surrounded mostly by small free standing homes. It has good communication with city center. Wi-Fi did not work at all neither in room, restaurant nor in a lobby. Hotel has nice restaurant with good quality food products for the cost. I can’t recommend lobby bar and day-spa because extremely poor service. Bartender and girl in the day-spa didn’t speak either Polish or English.

Very slow Internet, yard front room, breakfast a total chaos and all for a lot of money. Nn will see me more!

Nice but quite isolated. You have to take two buses to get to the center.

Great location, easy to get to everywhere in Warsaw. The restaurant is a really great benefit for this hotel, because the food is delicious and served beautifully. I loved the help and attentiveness of the staff and front desk. Highly recommend this hotel for your short stay in Warsaw, it provides the perfect value for money.

I stayed at the B. W. Felix three times in two months.
I must say that I was pleasantly satisfied both for the structure, elegant and with a modern mood, and for the rooms which are well equipped with every comfort. I liked the view outside especially in the evening with all the lights around. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, ideal for people traveling for work or study, but also for families.
What I consider really excellent is, in particular, the quality of the service provided by the Front Desk Receptionists. All of them gave me all kinds of information, answered several questions, offered useful solutions and satisfied every request, from calling taxis to printing the boarding pass over and over again.
Not to mention the restaurant which offers an excellent and abundant breakfast both for lovers of the traditional European breakfast and for lovers of Polish delicacies. I enjoyed the recipes that were inspired by both the Mediterranean tradition and the Polish one.
I definitely recommend this hotel to all those who are going to visit the lovely Warsaw. The place is functional as it is strategically located not far from the airport and at a short distance from the wonderful Old Town! I cannot wait to go back to Warsaw!

Having just stayed at the hotel for 2 nights I can honestly say I’m quite disappointed. Upon arrival staff appeared rude and unwilling to help. We arrived at 12 and when we tried to check in they responded “well you can’t till 2”… that was all we were given. No help, no directions of where we could go, no waiting area. When returning at two to check into our room, they told us they didn’t have any double rooms so me and my partner would have to stay in single beds. At this point I’d had enough, considering I’d already booked a double room. So after complaint about this they said they had one ready, pretty coincidental. The room itself was clean and well looked after. Great shower, plenty of storage facilities and a hairdryer. But the bed sheet did not appear to fit the bed. I would definitely recommend taking your on blanket as me and my partner had half over both of us. All in all, the staff were the worst part of the hotel and I would really recommend doing some research before going as you won’t find any help when you’re there.

Very clean well maintained.

Polite, friendly staff. Clean. A little far out of centre but get a team and it's not so far. Found getting tram to Zabroska was best.

There is the bare necessities. Towels, shower gel and soap are provided. TV is in the room but not a German channel. Facility is frumpy. Bathroom is in specialisations, cleanliness also.
Location: just off the centre. It is necessary to take a taxi daily. (But it doesn't cost much either)

A catastrophe from the outside. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Good choice if you want to visit Warszaw. For the public transport it is utile to bui a 24 hours ticket or a 72 hours ticket (36zlots). The room was clean and every day the room keeper cleaned the room and changed the towels. The roomsare not dotated with refrigerators. Near the hotel is a supermarket Lidl opened every day. /

The hotel doesnt look well from outside and in surrounding there was some reconstrucion, but when we came inside… It was new and modern, beautiful reception, helpful staff, and our room was perfect — large comfortable bed, tv, complimentary tea, coffee, water, clean and nice bathroom with hairdryer. Restaurant quite expensive but the quality of meals was perfect.

The room is nice and clean. Bathroom is clean but the tiles look a bit old. Breakfast was good but the personnel needs to be more careful when cutting the fruits and different things. Strawberries had a terrible taste of onion.

A 3-star hotel that offers the basics, with not much more. Sometimes that's all you need! I stayed in a two bed room, which offered a balcony overlooking an attractive construction zone. Still nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors on the 8th floor! The windows were large, but when I tried to open one it nearly came off its hinges! No A/C combined with the relatively heavy blankets offered in the bed made for warm nights. The mattress provided some level of comfort, albeit quite small. Breakfast was offered, a nice hot meal that provided the basics. Overall, I could recommend and had a good stay.

Great hotel, on site spa and restaurant. Rooms where great side and had balcony. Not he closest to town but great value for money.

Their room service is terrible. I ordered food at 9.20pm and when it didn't come I went down to the bar at 10.30pm to see how the order was going and they said they didn't get the order and the kitchen was closed. Not happy after a 12 hour drive to the hotel. Dispicable!

It's an okay hotel but it's let down by the Internet. If that is improved then I would give it 3 stars as otherwise it's a good 3 star hotel.

Very nice hotel with budget rates.

Suitable for a short trip was great! Environment appeared in the evening but is somewhat uncertain. However, the hotel itself is in good condition, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly.

All is WELL! Will recommend to friends :) a small feature : cheaper at the weekend :) The staff is friendly, the restaurant is good. Serves dishes from Polish cuisine and other. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom with shower, clean, without extra smell, spacious. I was pleased with. Think can reach ****.

Only service is made according to the regulations. No character, no flair to go with security service to the small billiard room in the basement and is left alone without drinks.
