Quite clean, kind staff and quite helpful. The rooms are clean and large and the sheets are changed every day and this makes me quite happy. The breakfast is fantastic, there is a lot of food and even here it is very clean. They are very organized throughout. The only flaw is the keys, because they are scanned and stay out. For the rest it is affixed.

Hotel is very big with a restaurant very complete and good. I Stayed in a double room with the bathroom and there has been no problema. Receptionist are very kind and helpful.

The rooms are fair for their price and it is well located. Rooms are clean and kept to an acceotable standard. Breakfast is more than satisfactory with a very good choice for this sort of restaurant. While check-in and restaurant staff are kind and helpful, they are nevertheless young and inexperienced and they seem to be lacking clear support and management. I would not say that service is to western standard; it needs to be refined and more efficient. Staff lack this training.

In general, it may be nice, but the base rooms are cramped. Breakfast is normal but the choice is not very large. Parking is expensive, it is better to look for free nearby.

It's a great hotel. Breakfasts are super. There is a parking lot.

Right in front you will find a tram stop. The hotel itself is quite new and modern. You will get smartphone which you can use for internet and international phone calls (free of charge). Breakfast is tasty and intercontinental. Only disadvantage is the hairdryer (better bring your own) and that you don‘t have a power plug next to the night stand. But most important to know: It is clean ;)

Helpful bed. Close to everything. The parking is comfortable and not expensive.
The bar and breakfast if they are expensive. It pays to go downtown for breakfast.

If You like: 1. Mold on the walls? Check! 2. Price of the room like in 5 star hotel and a 2 star, small room with no iron nor kettle? Check! 3. A cheap beer in the bar that costs 10 times its value, and no visible prices? Check! 4. Flooded bathroom after shower? Check! 5. A room for 500 pln and no breakfast? Check! 6. Only one power socket in the room? Check! Next time I'll try hostels or a brothel… they're cheaper and better standard…

Good value for money For my standards it is not central but in 20 minutes walk you get to the Barbacan and with tram and bus you go everywhere. Good breakfast which is worth the price requested. In the hotel complex equipped with various comforts except the kindness.

I’ve been there few days during the Easter period. Hotel is clean, and well located, rooms are comfortable and modern. The guy at the front desk, Val, was really an additional value for the structure. He really tried everything in his power to help us, taking good care of our requests. It was super helpful and always professional.
Warsaw is a beautiful city but on Easter period EVERYTHING is closed, from museums to restaurants or amusement. The only thing you can do is “Drink”.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the Old Town which is a good 15-20 minute walk to the Old market Square. The room is fine although not biggest I have stayed in across Europe. There are places to eat near the hotel along with convenience stores and coffee shops, along with a Craft Beer bar about 5 minutes walk. Would recommend a visit if on a weekend break.

For the price, this place is great. The furniture is new and clean, the receptionists are incredibly kind and cheerful. It's very close to the old town and the price was very proportioned, even cheap. However we haven't tried breakfast because it was around 9€ a person. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice, modest and clean hotel in the city centre. The rooms are comfortable, not a large area. Good location, near business centers, a large shopping center Arcadia with a supermarket and a cinema, to the old town 15 minutes walk, to the new center 5-6 stops by tram.

It's normal for one or two sleepovers. As in Mack Donalds, clean, plastic and faceless, but close to the Old City and the shopping center Arcadia.

Great hotel, clean, tidy in modern style. Great rooms and services. We had dinner in the hotel with great satisfaction of all (even for the price), good breakfast, young and friendly staff. The bus stop is pretty much in front of the hotel. I recommend it.

A nice hotel a ten minute walk from the old town. Good location to visit Warsaw on foot. Staff nice and available.

The hotel is ok. The room is tiny and looks like a room in any other Ibis hotel. I liked the breakfast, it was tasty and the food variety was great. I wasn't impressed with cracked plates, though. The location is great if you're a tourist, the old city center is within walking distance.

A great hotel, close to the historic center, snug furnished with rooms, but quite small. Breakfast is beyond praise, eat anyway. Recommended for a stop in Warsaw. Convenient, and not too expensive.

It's a great place! Clean, comfortable, the rooms are small, but all you need to eat. Not bad view from the window, you can eat in a cafe on the first floor (prices are not the cheapest).

Hotel Ibis is located near the old city of Warsaw. Nearby is a metro station, if you need to get to the far areas along the metro lines. In front of the hotel there is a tram stop to get to the centre. The hotel is very pleasant — one of the chain of French hotels.

Standard hotel room, location about 10/15 min walk from old town. And a bus away from the center. Overall a good stay just not the best location maybe.

Friendly staff. The room was clean. Parklplätze in the underground garage a bit cramped. No smoking facilities in the hotel. You always had to get out completely.

Extra: Warm, friendly and extra breakfast. The staff is ľécoute and responds effectively. The only downside is a little basic decoration of the rooms but everything is improved… good continuation:-)

Hotel is nicely designed. But, there was no bath slippers, no bath towel no toothpaste. In the room no fridge no electric tea pot. Breakfast is good for all tastes. Hotel is located in easy reach and easy find location.

Room was clean, with very comfortable bed. A good selection of multilingual channels was available. Perfect location for visiting the Old Town, within walking distance to a major shopping centre. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choices including fresh fruit, apple pie, cerial and continental buffet.

The Ibis is one of the best I have ever lived. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is very varied and good.
Furthermore, the location is ideal for Warsaw, as it is a 10 minute walk from the historic Old town.

Room on top floor was really noisy because of machines on the roof but that was quickly changed. One of the receptionists could do with some smiling lessons too… Great Hotel overall.

Very large, clean and tidy hotel with a very youthful Ria. Modern and welcoming rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff, convenient location to visit Stare Miasto that can be reached in 15 minutes by foot or by bus. Only flaw is the breakfast that is offered at 9 euros, a bit high as price.

Decent hotel. The pancakes at breakfast are to die for. I enjoy the design of the hotel's lobby. Overall it's not the best hotel I've stayed at but it's certainly not the worst.

Air conditioned immaculate rooms, hot shower, comfortable bed, undisturbed sleep. Free apples for everyone in the morning. Free fussball table! Dodgy lobby board games though.

Was here with a big group, we took about 14 rooms. 10 out of them the air condition was simply not working, and in 85 degrees weather I ended up tossing and turning the whole night. So if you ever make the choice of sleeping in this hotel than make sure you get a room that does have air condition that's working. But besides that the hotel in itself deserves the 2 star rating that they have due to nice and clean place but no amenities what so ever.

Excellent value for money. Not always the level of cleanliness is up to the height. Very basic in the décor of the rooms.

Nice city hotel, I stay there for work. Its within short walking distance to the old town center. The rooms are always clean and don't smell of smoke. The free Wi-Fi is quick and the food is OK.

Nothing special but everything worked, including the air conditioning, which was important since the temperatures were over 90 (35). Good location — walking distance to Old City and on bus lines for travel into and beyond the city center. Breakfast was better than average.
