This hotel is representative of old world Warsaw with so much charm, great service and a wonderful breakfast in a very pretty room.

We loved the very friendly helpful staff at the reception desk and the location is just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay with you.

Great location, very pleasant rooms, clean design room. Stayed with 2 small children kids at the attic room & it was great. (no elavator)

Perfect location for old city visitors. U r in the center point. Wifi is perfect in the room. Clean toilets. Towels and drinking water and TV. U r surrounded by a number of restaurants serving Poland traditional foods. U can enjoy ice cream and waffle and drinks around the building. Also live piano concert directly behind building. U need to walk for 150 m for transportation.

We used to go here every year. I used to love that place. Unfortunately this year we had to pay a charge for dodgy sounding pipes in the toilet that got blocked and flooded the bathroom. We've the pipes making horrible noise every time we flushed the toilet from the minute we've arrived but then we also thought it's an old building so maybe nothing to worry about. A very rude woman said we had to pay for the repairs! Yes why not! not only we had to move rooms several times which was waisting our sleep as it happened at night! The following morning the rude woman at the reception deliberately was speaking to me very loudily in front of many other customers just to embarras me, so I decided not to try and argue and just paid the money she wanted for the man they had to apparently call. She would not give me a receipt of how much the actual repair was! She just took the money. This year we also invited our family to go with us and paid for them to show them how lovely this place was but next year we're definitely choosing somewhere else.

Nice hotel in a great location. Unique rooms make each stay interesting and the staff is very nice.

We had no expectations when we arrived, first stop from Australia, the room was fun, very brightly painted, heavy velvet entrance with as huge bathroom, very quiet we were right next to reception on first floor, the shower is in the high bath, so if you have bad knees then it's hard to get in and out, perfectly located in the old square, great spot next to the royal palace, good breakfast in a quaint area, taxi and on/off bus is only across the square, highly recomend the botanical gardens, give yourself a good 3 hrs, we caught a taxi to and from, but the memorial gardens are only 600 mtrs away.

Small cosy hotel with motto rooms located directly at the castle in the old town. 24/7 reception. Room Facilities: Telephone, free Wi-Fi, television, bathroom, safe. In rainy weather this hotel provides umbrellas. Unfortunately, this hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users. Reception on the first floor. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Hotel located in front of the castle in a perfect location to visit Warsaw. Very clean and quiet with a good breakfast. The lack of the elevator and the curtains that do not close well the Windows make it miss the fifth star that I also would have given gladly. If we visit Warsaw I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Absolutly amazing place. My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this place by accident. And it now holds a special place in both pur memories. We stayed for only one night and it was unbelievable. Just breathtaking! Quite, comfy, warm, great service. There wasnt a single thing wrong with our stay. Any time in in Warsaw I will be staying here. Customer for life!

Castle Inn is a historic and modern hotel. Great location in Old town Warsaw. Staff is very helpful and friendly, especially a staff member who checked us in, he's name is Rolat. He made suggestions about cool places, helped us to find locations and guided us to places, which we wanted to see. Also the room was really clean and nice, with a big bathroom. Overall, good price with good location and quality.

An interesting and mystical place to be where one can admire The Old Town City of Warsaw. The interior is really particular and keeps the trip, holiday a little bit interesting. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Warsaw's Old Town! It's nothing big but it has it all! Great breakfast, the right sense of privacy and an interesting interior as well as heritage!

Perfectly located in the middle of Warsaw Old Town. Lovely single room with ensuite and breakfast served in a very comfortable anti room. The staff were very helpful and I would recommend anyone to stay there ☺

Within the old town, close to many nice sight seeing locations and many restaurants and bars. All the rooms have a unique taste to them, I loved our style plus it was clean and well taken care off. Coffee, TV, fan and hair dryer were provided amongst other things. Service was available at all times and good.

Definitely the best place to stay in Warsaw: At the entrance to the old town, next door to the Royal Castle, 3 mins from the bus stop to railway station and airport. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff, in the pedestrisn zone and therefore very quiet, particularly at night.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for just one night and were really happy with our stay! This was our first time in Warsaw and in Poland! The best part has to be location as it is literally opposite the castle and the only hotel in the square in the old town! Beautiful setting, lots of history, lovely restaurants, and some bars! Within walking distance to Alsorts and trams and buses and taxis are everywhere! We arrived two hours earlier than our check in time to drop the bags off and were told our room was ready so we could have it early At no extra charge! Room was a deluxe and we were very happy with it! The lady on reception (Alicia) I think!? Was lovely, so friendly and helpful, giving us a local map and answering all my questions of what's where, and how to get there! She made our lives a lot easier! We were offered breakfast at a reasonable price but chose to eat out!
Definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to go back!

This place is great! I booked it very last minute, but it was no problem! Rooms are great and the hotel has a very unique and cool atmosphere/vibe. Staff are all very helpful. The location is also great, right in the Old Town. Highly recommend!

Castle Inn' to be rated NUMBER 1 accommodation in Warsaw! It is such a great place to stay in old town Warsaw. Amazing location at the entrance of the old town and facing the Royal castle It is perfect for touring and sightseeing. It's a little difficult to find but convenient when returned to. Most major points of interest just outside the door. As another plus it's also an historic building — one of the few left in central Warsaw. All rooms are individual and although we didn't see any others we loved our room; it was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, we slept well. Free Wi-Fi, lovely bathroom with warm shower. We asked reception for a few things (extra hangers, room service etc) nothing was too much trouble. We were given a map of Warsaw upon arrival. Fully stocked minibar, room cleaned daily. The shower room was absolutely brilliant — excellent large cubicle, ample hot water, a lovely modern basin and toilet with a heated towel rail, plenty of hooks and shelf space and a very good little hairdryer. There were 2 towels each and a basket of toiletries and a shower mat. We paid the extra for the breakfast and it was really good: croissants, choice of breads, smoked salmon, boiled eggs, hot dog type sausages, a huge assortment of cheeses and cooked meats, several juices, coffee, cereals — we thought it was excellent. The decor in the breakfast room is BREATHTAKING — all in sumptuous purples with velvet armchairs.

Good hotel in town centre. Clean rooms, restaurant with tasty dishes, but not cheap. I recommend also to visit Wloclawek — intersting city near Warsaw.

While I was there in novembre, rooms were cold and you can smell tipycal Polish cooking from the restaurant on the walkboard. They don't allow smoking neither on the terrace, you have to walk outside the hotel. Beds are small, if you're taller than 190 cm. Like me, this is not your place. Wonderfull view if you're on the front side.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location, near the old market place of Warsaw and near the Royal Castle. It is curious that it is categorized as a luxury hotel. Upon ringing at the front door and being admitted into the hotel you are confronted with a steep staircase. No lift, nor somebody to help you with your luggage. For old people, or anybody, to carry their luggage up the stairs by themselves is certainly not a luxury! The taxi, of course, cannot drive up to the hotel as it is a pedestrian zone, so the driver would not be able to help you either. At the reception we were greeted by a grumpy young lady who must have had a bad day! Before we paid we asked to see the room and were shocked to see that the cheap furniture, curtains and bed-linen were black. Might as well sleep in a coffin! The sterile, white walls were adorned with ghoulish black faces. Who would want to sleep with such faces staring at you? The second room we visited had a bed with dirty linen. Upon mentioning our dissatisfaction to the lady at the reception she got very unpleasant and angry. She began to pound us with a steady flow of machine-gun-fire speech, and — without our consent — promptly called the Ibis to make a reservation there for us even though we had asked for no such thing! What incredible behaviour for a receptionist! Not once did she apologize or offer to work towards a solution. Needless to say, we left in a hurry.

If you plan on spending a lot of time in Old Town, you will not find a more convenient location anywhere in Warsaw. The rooms were comfortable and I found the staff to be exceedingly friendly. I stayed in the room next to the breakfast area and I didn't find the noise level bothersome at all. For the price and the location, it really can't be beat.
