Room very well Llagamos afternoon and we could not have dinner The breakfast cheap and good.

I have been hearing all night the birds. I was like magic… I loved this hotel. Excellent service and breakfast.

It's really good and very close to airport and the breakfast was variety choise u can eat as much as u like.

It is true that we hear the neighbors and the hallway but for the price.
Very convenient for its proximity to the airport. I would not spend my holidays there.

Really BOF for a so-called "palace", the room was relatively clean but the rubbish not even emptied the night before. We were quite shocked by the surroundings surrounding the hotel. Enough… gloomy. Moreover for dinner you have to go to the hotel next door, barely 200m but I had the impression that a madman go popping up at any time from the ruins — disturbing forest that surround it… awful.

A convenient hotel for its proximity to the airport. BUT (big but) we had booked a room which we were given with TROUES sheets and the shower room in a deplorable state (including traces of urine on the walls)
We were therefore happily offered to change rooms on the ground floor of which only the bathroom was not clean for a place called "Palace", under the passage staircase just next to the main entrance. FROM the PASSAGE all night no rest of possible, so we were offered a bottle of wine, certainly to get drunk and not hear the incessant passages in the corridor and the staircase.
So yes the rooms are not cheres, but even in Formule1 Parisian suburbs we rest much better!

Tragedia. Lazienki brunde, przescieradlo bylo dziurawe, zglosilismy to recepcjonistce, ktora zaproponowala inny pokoj. Niestety lazienka okazala sie rownie brudna, woda z brodzika nie odplywala a drzwi od lazienki sie nie zamykaly. Na przeprosiny dostalismy butelke zimnego (! ) czerwonego (! ) wina… szukanie innego hotelu o tej porze nie wchodzilo w gre bo na pewno bysmy uciekli. Kolo palacu nie lezalo. Nie polecam.

Perfect location for the airport, the rooms were comfortable and the staff are very helpful.

The location was a little in the woods with hardly any bus or other transportation options to it. We took a cab from the airport. The room was great and the service was excellent. The breakfast was without any juice, but the scrambled eggs were great.

Great place to stay although the breakfast was a little disappointing. They ran out of everything and did not clear tables.

Great stay for sleeping before airport transfer.

Pure and calm. Close to the airport. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Cons-there is nowhere to eat. Need to go to the city.

I hated it overall, I had booked a single room. It was tiny but that wasn't an issue, the radiator was leaking unfortunately I found that out before going to sleep after a long day of spending it outside. I was too tired to go downstairs and complain. I left a glass underneat the radiator to fill the water. In the morning I was woken up by knock on the door, I didn't want to open the door until I've gotten ready. But the room service lady decided to let herself in for some reason. There was no privacy, I had to go behind the door and tell her not to open the door. Once I've got ready I told her about the radiator aswell, she got the receptionist and they said someone will come and fix it. Someone did come and fix it, but I have been told that I will have to change the room because they need to do some more work (which was annoying) I was going to Zakopane that night, I've got my things ready and went downstairs they gave me a card for the new room. I have put my things in the room and left the card at the reception because I will only be back after a day. Once I've came back, I went to the reception to get my key. He was quite grumpy, when I went to the room the lights were not working I had to go downstairs and he told me to insert the card. They haven't given me a Wi-Fi password so I had to go downstairs again. But that was ok, what was most annoying is that I've found a spider on my bed (hate spiders). I Saw spiders near the window too.
