No frige I n The room, no extra pillow, no schampo in the dispenser and The lamp on The desk is out of order.

We had a late flight but we informed the hotel reception about it. Got to the hotel to check in to our room and when I opened the room, there was a guy sleeping. (gave us a wrong room I guess). First, we got a real key to the room, then when we went back to the reception to inform her that there was a guy sleeping there, she seemed very surprised, gave us a new room an a key card and accompanied us to our room. All Nice comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is really nice with lots of sorts.
I would still recommend this place.

Room with Jacuzzi, February 14-15, 798 zloty (178 euros at the exchange rate on 02/16/2022) for two nights with breakfast.
Beauty and luxury are only in advertising photos and at first glance.
In the lobby of the hotel you can see beautiful furniture in the style of shabby chic. Some details of the decor are missing. Be careful with your clothes: you can tear them on the protruding edges of wood and nails 🤯
Black mold in the corners of the shower stall, a lot of dust and hair and strange spots on the batteries for heating. On the carpet to the right of the bed, at the head of the bed — an old piece of either candy or chewing gum (you can see all my photos and videos in full in the photo album about the hotel)
Furniture, doors, scratched paint surface. In many msts. The decor on the mirror has peeled off and is partially missing.
There is no water locking part in the bathroom sink in the water drain. Near the hair dryer, there is an outlet on the wall without a protective cover, which is not safe.
The Jacuzzi bathroom is not covered by a protective screen. When switching the water from the waterfall to the shower tube, the water flies out in a powerful jet into the far corner of the room: the curtains, the bed and my things on it were wet. I had to dry my things on the battery all night.
