The facility is quite nice. The hall they gave us for the event was perfect. Waitstaff were very polite and professional. The food, however, was less than stellar.

Gorgeous hotel near the old City and on the corner of the wonderful plaza with dancing color changing fountains. You must go to the plaza at night spring summer and fall when the fountains are going and people are enjoying the area. The building is in an old back building and is truly Grand.

Spent a fantastic time in Lublin at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublinianka while in town on business. The location is unbeatable and the service and value for money were excellent. Not a single aspect of the stay was at all short of expectations.

The hotel itself is fine, good service and good restaurant. I just miss one thing, that does not include parking, as all the parking is paid and could make it easier (we do not speak Polish ^^)

Location It is located in the center of tourist attractions, but it is inexpensive. Good service, tasty breakfasts. ❤ ️

Everything turned out to be super! Super! Krasotischa! The building itself is beautiful both outside and inside. It occupies a beautifully restored 100-year-old building 1 km from the castle of Lublin. And located in the heart of Lublin, 500 meters from the beautiful old town. The city's Market square is 650 metres away. All rooms at the Grand Hotel are decorated in Belle-era style and feature elegant furnishings, air conditioning and heated bathroom floors. In the room a fridge, a bathroom all in granite and lots and lots of interesting things. The elevator is mirrored. Sauna. A varied breakfast buffet is served in the hotel's duplex restaurant, BelEtage.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and perfect location. A couple of minor issues, such as the curtains and the door to the room being tricky to close properly. Also, breakfast was fine but nothing special (I'm personally not a fan of generic hotel buffet breakfast, but it's convenient I suppose). Overall a great stay.

Good hotel, good rooms and good price.

Elegant hotel a stone's throw from the beautiful old town of Lublin. The spa is clean, well-equipped and inviting. The staff was extremely accommodating — they even arranged an out-of-hours massage for me. The food was also top-notch.

The Grand Hotel offers comfort, great service and good value. It is centrally placed for exploring the town of Lublin. Thank you for a wonderful stay for us and all our guests.

Great hotel at a few minutes of the center. Big and cozy rooms. Comfortable beds. Wifi super fast and if you want have parking places. The only "but" would be that in the basic room the shower is a little small.

Central location, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning. BUT old fashioned bathroom with inaccessible bath and shower.

Super welcome and excellent Italian espresso.

The staff at the reception is able to grant any request of the customer. Always friendly and helpful.

Impeccable reception. Luxurious and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.

Hard to believe the hotel has 4*. Dated decor and corridors look like in The Shining. No kettle/iron/safe in a standard room. Breakfast is OK but limited offer and staff struggle to keep up with even little demand (I'm not talking full on service, just a few people). Overall ok but overpriced and too many * for what it actually is.
