Very nice room, friendly staff.

For what it offers (very little and of poor quality), the prices are high and not commensurate with the service it offers.
It is a five-star hotel that offers two-star hotel services.

Always the topp in professional quality and personal service.

Very highly recommended to anyone visiting Wroclaw and looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay right in the heart of the city fantastic breakfast choices and lovely cocktails in the hotel bar open till 1 am. I have spent very enjoyable 3 night there, thank you Radisson Blu x.

I ordered Roomservice! First the lady at reception told me it takes up to 40 minutes! I asked 40
Minutes for Pizza Margarita and Falafel? She said yes! Well I was surprised! Then the food arrived! No bred and butter on service tray! Pizza was very dry! Cheese and tomato sause not enough at all! The falafel so dry I could not even eat! There was 3 big pralines of falafel and just a little bit of sauce underneath! I really wonder if the chef ever tried this dish! I can not recommend at all … by the way since years you have the same room service menue! That’s boring and not a 5 star hotels quality!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Close to the river and park. 5-10 minute walk to main town square. 15 minutes from old town tourist area. Only gripe regarding expensive buffet breakfast but continental option not too bad.

Clean, great service, awesome people taking care of you and your need. There is a spa area just sauna no pool though. Perfect location.

The location is perfect! In the heart of the city and silent. It is a five star hotel with out pool. Even I asked I am very sensitive about cleaning, there was some spider nets on the ceiling and the bath was not clean enough …

5star hotel? But really? Nahh. 5 stars at the entrance are only a foggy memory of the old days I guess. Fruits delivered as a welcome gift looked good only at one side. The other side of an orange was rotten white. To visible to be missed but still the welcome gift. Room was clean but nothing extraordinary. Bathroom was bright and ok. Only the shower's water output was blocked so the water couldn't go down fast enough. As for the elevator there was a broken and blinking floor number screen indicator. Breakfast was tasty and the view was calming nice. Over all I was left with a bad impression. Hotels front desk manager could not be asked to face my inconveniences so phoned me 2 days after I left. However was not in the position to offer me the satisfactory picture after the damage has been done. I will not return there for sure as its only 5star wannabe place.

Nice Hotel near city centre. Staff was very polite and professional. Room was nice and clean just as you would expect from a 5Star hotel. Only the restaurant was under average. Vegetables were undercooked, meat was tasteless — just like you would expect from a hospital kitchen. So, stay at the hotel but don’t waste your money in the hotel restaurant. There are much better options in the city centre.

Very nice hotel in a good location. In ten minutes you will be in the city centre. The rooms are nicely decorated but not exactly stylish. The bed has a good size but unfortunately it is a bit hard and there is only one large duvet for two people. The fitness room and the 2 saunas invite you to relax. The price for the breakfast and the parking I find somewhat overpriced. There was a greeting and biscuits, which I felt very nice.

Stay was very pleasant. Rooms nice and clean, helpful staff and great location. The only downside was the breakfast. We had it included in our room rate, but we're setting off for the airport very early so we've been told we'll get something packed. We got two disgusting sandwiches with old bread, cheese and cucumber, which were impossible to eat. Definitely not 5* hotel standard's food.

Whole hotel is solid 5-star, but service is even above that. Unbeatable value for the money.

Great good and modern furnished clean rooms, excellent location in Wroclaw, (near Ostrów Tumski).
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant sluggish.

The dinner there was good, but the organization of the breakfast very uncoordinated and the indicated five stars absolutely unworthy. Perhaps at the beginning of the year 2017 to 2018 at the breakfast service but the service staff were only those who had very little knowledge. A German 3 star hotel would certainly have been better at the breakfast service.

I'd give a 4 star, no bathrobes, no foot shoe, no change in the stained duvet.

Great location next to the Odra river and close to the nicest city attractions – including charming Wroclaw Christmas Market. Really pleasant, spacious and clean rooms. Very good breakfast. But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are people. The staff is incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with friends and kids and for all of us the whole stay was really perfect. Nothing but positive comments.

Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff, the rooms are large, warm and comfortable, very clean with nice bathrooms, it is in a nice area and just behind the hotel is a lovely view of the river and several beautiful buildings, it is quite close to several nice restaurants and other places of interest, it is an amazing hotel in a great location and I will be back here next time I am in Wrocław.

Pity the the fitness centre was being renovated.

One of the best hotels in Wroclaw. The right place for business trips and touristic activitys. Service 1a. Nice rooms very quiet also if it is crowded. I enjoyed it much.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, but rather expensive. Advantage: close to "Rynek". If you're OK with living a little more far away from city centre, you'll find good alternatives.

Very enjoyable stay (s) staff very helpful, especially in bar. Restaurant food a little expensive and better quality and cheaper available in the centre of city. Gym is minimal, but sufficient. 2 running, 1 cycle, 1 cross trainer, free weights, a few machines and studio with classes. Sauna also good. Rooms clean and good size for money. Returned a few times now so cannot complain really.

Really nice hotel. Highly recommended. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars are softer beds and a gym with windows.

The receptionists are very "professional".
