Always was good people nice breakfast is good only the problem is there is no English channel.

I definitely recommend Puro Hotel. Everything was clean, safe and sound.

Staff always helpful no problem to order and buy gifts which will be delivered to hotel and wait for you, amazing food in restaurant highly recommend.

Decidedly modernist style, tasteful but sometimes a little too much. Enjoyed my stay and would return.

Puro Hotel is in a good position near the city center and the rooms are really beautiful, our was with a garden view. Breakfast was also really enjoable.

I was there for an overnight stay for business. This hotel ist super friendly, modern design, clean and has perfect breakfast available. If you are in Wroclaw, have a stay there. Recommendable!

We just stopped by for some drinks and some coffee. We were seated outside and had a good time just relaxing and sipping on our drinks. I've stayed at Puro hotel in other cities, and it's always a modern and comfortable experience. They normally also serve up good food and cocktails.

The hotel is clean, in an interesting style. Located on the edge of the old city — all within walking distance. The room is small with a great bed and windows to the floor. Great breakfasts. Coffee in the lobby for visitors is free. Control of light and climate in the room with a tablet (the child was out playing with it :), restored without problems). The walls in the shower are transparent, separated from the main room by a curtain. There may not be enough space in the hotel parking lot, but there is a large underground parking around the corner. The floor in the shower is slippery, so be careful.

The Good: Great location. Short walk to the main square. Basement parking. Reasonable food. The Bad: Touchscreen to control lights and temperature didn't work as intended. In the early hours — after spending a long time trying to turn one light off — we had to trick the system by checking out. Only then did we get peace and darkness. Mattress was not good. Way too soft. Like a marshmallow hammock mix.

Clean and modern hotel few metres from the historical centre. Good breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee during the day. Recommended!

Good value for the price. I like it again.

Kind of a weird wannabe modern hotel. The touch screen in the room is more of a nuisance than a service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is average, the coffee downright horrible. Location is terrific, close to the center and in the same street as many cool bars/restaurants. Too pricey for my taste. Cautiously recommended if you fancy operating your entire hotel room with a touchscreen from the year 2000.

Very nice and intimate hotel. Nice rooms, although you need to be good friends with your roommate when the bathroom walls are glass :) liked the tablet to control lightning and temperature. Breakfast was okay, scrambled eggs and bacon are never wrong. Plenty of alternatives, including some pre-made sandwiches. Conveniently located.

Clean and modern hotel located just a few minutes walk from the old town. Is especially suitable for a short break. The breakfast is highly recommended-it is plentiful and you rarely find such an extensive and varied breakfast offer!

One of the most cozy and bright hotels in the center of Wroclaw. With a wonderful outdoor breakfast place. Close to the hotel there is a pedestrian promenade.

The rooms smell bad and are very small. The toilet behind glass is getting used to and cries out for big (too big? ) Intimacy, the mattress had a deep hollow.
After all, the service at the front desk was super friendly and fast and accommodating. That justifies a star.

Stayed for 3 nights and was very impressed. I had emailed before arrival to find out how to get here from the airport and they advised me they could order a taxi to collect us for 50 zloty (very reasonable compared to what I was being quoted online) so we done this. Taxi driver was waiting for us with a name sign. On arrival reception area was very clean and modern, staff very helpful with maps and tour information at the desk. There was a drinks machine in the lobby where you got free coffee, herbal teas, hot chocolate etc. This was great as needed it with the cold weather. We stayed in a deluxe room over looking the back of the hotel which had a little garden and views of the river. Very cosy, lights etc controlled by an iPad, bed was so comfy I had great nights sleep, the shower was amazing. Bathroom also had a hairdryer. Room had a fridge with free bottles of water Plus tea/coffee facilities. No iron in the room but just say to reception and they bring one to you. Room had a free safe also which was great. They do a laundry service as well. The room was clean and maids constantly around but had abit of wear some marks on the walls and carpet but nothing major. There is a cafe/ restaurant in the lobby also which was good if fancied a drink or bite to eat. We only had a few drinks here so can’t comment on the food although I did have a slice of apple pie which was delicious :) hotel very central with loads of restaurants, shops etc near by.

I booked this hotel on the advice of a friend of mine who stayed here several times and was very praised. We were very quickly checked in at the front desk, but could do it yourself on a special computer. The room surprised with its computerization-all the operation of the number, was on the tablet in the wall. Had to make some effort to figure out how to adjust the lights off in the bathroom until it is sorted out that it reacts to motion and shuts down after a while itself. The bathroom and toilet had transparent walls, which, however, can be hung. The TV is large, but the vast majority of programs were in Polish. A nice bonus was that on the card-key from the room you can use the coffee machine downstairs several times a day. We took the room without breakfast, so this function was very useful in the morning. Definitely a great hotel that could surprise us.

It's a very beautiful and technological hotel. It's got tablets to take care of temperature and lightening. Also the heating is done through the floors. The facilities are very clean. The restaurant is very good with loads of variety, also for vegan and veggies. Breakfast is very good as well. And the hall is really good design. Only weakness I see are the coffee machines (which aren't great) and the lack of a gym. But in fairness it is an excellent hotel and the employees are real nice.

I was really loving my stay at PURO! The hotel was beautifully located and it was nice, clean and modern with extremely helpful and lovely staff. Free tea, coffee and chocolate throughout our stay was a real treat! Thank you to all staff at PURO, Wroclaw! You guys are the best and you made our holiday extra special. We will definitely be back again!

Modern, clean, minimalist, good location.

Great hotel, highly recommend it. Food is very good, staff with great manners. This hotel is clean with outstanding comfortable beds! Has its own contemporary style. I have never been disappointed here.

Modern hotel. Only a short walk from the main square. Rooms are well set out and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and approachable. Would stay in a Puro hotel again.

Fantastic hotel, underground car park, modern staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location (5 minutes walking to city center). Lots of restaurants around, but still a quiet area. The hotel is new and has a lot of facilities. The rooms are managed using a tablet (illumination, temperature, etc). Even TV can be controlled from your own mobile phone. The staff is kind and helpful and the breakfast is good.

Modern outfit. Clean. Good location. Staff very indifferent at check-in. Bathroom fully outfitted with glass, looks nice but is not practical, especially when the door does not fully close. Another modern touch is a tablet to control room temperature etc. Problematic if it lights up at night to wake you. Again design beats practicability. Small breakfast selection and very poor internet.

Fine, very modern place. I have a feeling that the staff are themselves at times confused by all the gadgets. If there are more than one in your company, be aware that bathroom walls are made of glass. In my room it also had an unpleasant smell, but I didn't have time to complain.

Super Hotel in great location — love the high tech features and great breakfasts. Would recommend.

New hotel with an interesting design. Fancy rooms, comfy beds, pillows are too soft. It was the first place where I was able to manage my room preference from — light, air conditioning to TV and internet from a tablet installed on the wall. The location of the place is great with a super easy access to the old city center. I would definitely recommend it.

Third stay in the hotel. The rooms are not too big, but recently redone and comfortable. They used to have a touch panel for air conditioning and light settings. Pretty cool, but they have been replaced with tablet. Downside of that is that when they are fully charged, they light up. Which happens a few times during the night, and wakes you up (last stay was with a lot of colleagues — all of them where complaining about it). You can decouple they thing though. There also a lot of people complaining about the music be played in the corridors. It's pretty soft, but when your door is close to a speaker, it's still enough to keep you from sleeping or wake you up at 6. (Yes, we've reported this to management already at previous stays. ) On the upside: very friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast (wide choice). And free coffee/tea in the lobby.

Make sure to bring earplugs. They play music in the hallway which isn't blocked by the thin doors of the rooms and is keeping me awake. Also when trying to do some work during the day this is very distracting. I really don't understand why they do this. When you think about it: 99% of the time nobody walks around in the hallways, but in your room you hear it 100% of the time.

Hotel staff is not very helpful unfortunately and is far removed from the 'customer is always right' mentality. Nie polecam!

Every detail had been thought through, from the check in using a tablet to the information screen in the room that automated most things. The beds were very comfortable, the whole place very clean. I'd highly recommend it!

Great location, right in the center. The rooms were good size, very clean, everything can be controlled from the level of lighting, heating. They even had a personalised greeting on the TV!

Modern and nice looking hotel. The walls to the bathroom are made of glass, which is cute. And they have the self check-in system, so super comfortable. I would praise that higher then 3 stars for sure.

With all due respect to some of the reviews below, you won't find a nicer three star hotel in Europe and I stay in them half of my life. Rooms are modern, clean, hotel staff are lovely, coffee is endless and free, the waiting area is nice, they put on sports, the location is nice. Anyone who puts less than four stars has deluded expectations for a hotel.

The PURO is trying very hard to be contemporary, you can't even adjust the lighting in your room without fiddling with a touchscreen. The rooms are nice, they're small but good use is made of the space. They might be a bit cramped with two people though. My room faced the courtyard which is quite nice but can be very noisy if, for example, the hotel is showing football on a big screen there and people continue drinking noisily out there. The hotel is quite central, located in a neighbourhood with lots of interesting shops and restaurants. It's a short walk to the main square, a bit further to the railway station. Breakfast was good, mostly lots of different ready-made sandwiches with a couple of hot items and a poor cereal selection. Overall the hotel itself isn't anything special but the staff are great. The free coffee, water and bike hire make them stand out from the crowd a bit.

Very avant-garde services somewhat slow it is hardly bedinet. Total interesting holistic concept in cells rooms of under 10 square metres. A visit worth, especially due to the good location.

Everything is automated and controlled by tablets. Free international calls. Great coffee. Loved the ambience. Nice staff… Great breakfast… Simply Superb…

Hotel for us. There are deductions for breakfast (selection, quality, freshness). The most I was missing a selection of fresh fruit.
Otherwise super hotel, super Central car park under the hotel. We were during a 3-day visit here and can recommend for this purpose at any time there. Rooms are modern and clean.

A great hotel in many respects, if not "a nice reception" from people, whom I paid $630. The reason was presumably in sandwiches, which I took with me from breakfast one per day during several days. After the staff detected this, they showed me in many ways that I am a non-grata person here. Well, my reason for taking sandwiches was that I hoped for a fridge/bar in the room, because I wanted to eat self-made dinners in the room. Being without a fridge, I tried to bye little cans with meat in the nearby shop the staff recommended to me, but all such food turned out to be disgusting. In this situation I thought it would be no big problem, if I take an additional sandwich and a 10 g butter pack from the kitchen. They should have better corrected me openly, rather than spoiling my stay in this wonderful country.

Hotel naprawdę fajny: — bardzo dobrze ulokowany — pokoje dość duże I ładne — śniadania (i nie tylko) bardzo smaczne — miła atmosfera — bez większych problemów z parkingiem w okolicy.

Hotel is OK, trouble with modern styles is they are out of date the second time you stay there, furniture looks a bit tired in the lobby, Breakfast is a good spread but I do miss the change of bacon and eggs in the morning. Gadgetry in the room such as the ability to hook laptop to TV via HDMI was not working and according to reception the only bit wired in is the USB for charging devices. Must really compliment the Taxi service the Puro use though, dropped my phone in the back of the cab on the way to the airport and the driver came back to the airport to attempt to return it, he then arranged to drop it into the office I had been visiting and would not take any payment or reward for doing this.

Nice rooms. Interesting, architectual solutions. Big minus was the air-condition which started automatically at 22:00 in the evening and could not be switched of any more. It was loud, it was cold. The staff member in charge could not care less. If this had not happend we would have been very happy. Then it would have been very good value for money.

Extremely week located, in a trendy area full of cafes and restaurants, just next to the city center. Free bike rental for customers, that's a great plus to enjoy the city.
