Excellent location to the station. It is convenient for travel. Near the stop 106 bus to the airport. Room small but clean and cozy.

Very comfortable hotel. We arrived very late and needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours and this hotel is lovely! Wish we could have stayed a few more days here really. Good price. Very polite helpful staff, clean rooms, nice bathroom with hairdryer. Close to the bus and train station which was very handy. I would stay here again if I come back to Wroclaw.

Cosy, affordable and well located. Great bathroom and bed. Rooms are a bit noisy though.

We stayed in hotel in June. Hotel is OK, but staff work wasn't good. Hotel made Pre-auto on card after boking. We payed in cash during check-in but pre-paid wasn't cancelled. We said this at the reception during check-out but they coudn't find our documens and cancel pre-auto. They promised that the operation would be canceled automatically in a few days. Money is still blocked on the card 2 weeks after this. The hotel doesn't respond to emails…

Good equipment, clean. Directly ggü. From central station. Located directly at a busy junction, therefore quite noisy. About 15 min walk to the old town. Breakfast was delicious so far, but hectic and noisy. Had to wait 5 minutes for a table.

According to its classification, the hotel is without fault or reproach.

Clean room and great location. Cigarette smoke smell coming up from lower floors though. Also I wish Polish people at reception desks in hotels could understand what it would mean to receive a smile or a warm greeting after a long and difficult journey. They look at you so coldly and make you feel like you are just bothering them and honestly it gets heartbreaking after a while.

Highly recommended for a short trip.

Lovely hotel built in 1908 restored in 2014 offering 92 ensuite. Rooms and bistro but sadly no bar.

Location The old town can be reached on foot, 15 minutes, and you can save your energy and take the tram. Very convenient to the hotel. Bus 106 runs from the airport to the final stop of the main station minutes 40-45. And to the hotel walking 3 minutes. Good breakfast. Very tasty pancakes. Cleanliness. Bathroom is comfortable. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar in the room. Mineral water. The breakfast was very pleasant.

Room OK, bathroom went, ZimmerService slow and over demands there too little staff, breakfast selection and quality OK, only far too little space space too small, so wait until you find a place and long beat at the one coffee machine which is also still slow, reception only English.

Great clean room, best bed I have ever slept in within a hotel, great location outside the train station but not quite in the town centre, window was facing a road and tram line but it was never an issue for noise. Fantastic price and the staff were really friendly and informative. Highly recommended.

Arrived on Thursday 9th November. Hotel receptionist could not have been any more helpful and very pleasant, Explained about guided tours and tram ticket access. We were given a choice of room, beds and room was very clean and tidy with TV access, kettle and bottled water on the down side in Poland they drink their tea black hence no milk I would highly recommend staying here if not for the close vicinity to both train and bus station for the professional multi lingual staff.

It is excellent hotel, I recommend hotel Piast all my friends!

The best place to stay in Wroclaw. Great people, amazing view from premium rooms. The hotel is located close the train station and other means of public transport. Very good quality for the price.

Nice hotel, good location, but it gets really noisy with trams passing by especially if you're a light sleeper.

We have chosen this hostel because of its location near to the main railway station. There was smell of cigarets in the room. Bed wasn't so confy. And the last night somebody in the next room play trumpet at 3:00 AM :-). But is very near to the main railway station so that is good.
