Zdecydowanie jeden z najlepszych hoteli spa w Polsce I wzór jak powinien wyglądać 5 gwiazdkowy hotel spa. Wszystko przemyślane, zaplanowane, odpowiednio opisane. Zaczynając od rezerwacji, poprzez zameldowanie, prezentację pokoju, wystrój pięter I pokoju, wszelkiego rodzaju udogodnienia, itp. Perfekcyjna sekcja basenu I saun z możliwością wyjścia na taras. Bardzo dobre śniadania, przyjemny bar na popołudniową herbatę. Perfekcyjna obsługa pokojów — serwis poranny oraz przygotowanie pokoju do snu. Jest pewien drobny obszar, który można poprawić — restauracja Art Deco w godzinach obiadu I kolacji. Aspiruje do bycia bardzo dobrą I drogą restauracją, ale … Dania są podane ładnie, mają wyszukane nazwy … tylko brakuje im smaku, którego można oczekiwać w takim miejscu. Desery są pyszne, dania główne wyglądają doskonale, ale po spróbowaniu niestety następuje rozczarowanie. Tak jakby ktoś przygotował je wg ściśle przygotowanej instrukcji, ale bez sprawdzenia, czy są smaczne. Również obsługa potrzebuje jeszcze praktyki, ale braki "warsztatowe" nadrabia swoimi chęciami, uśmiechem I zaangażowaniem, więc to szczegół. Być może trafiliśmy na niewłaściwy dzień. Ogólnie, miejsce zdecydowanie warte odwiedzenia I wyróżniające się w Polsce I w Europie.

Will come back. Excellent clean rooms, spa, service, food and nice surroundings. Extremely happy no pets are allowed due to allergies we have. This is a spa hotel friendly for kids. Expensive but you get what you pay for. We relaxed good with two small kids that also slept longer than usual thanks to the activities.
