We had booked our New Year holidays in your Hotel already several weeks ago from 29 December 2021 to 2 January 2022. At the check-in I was asked to pay in advance the whole stay, what I faithfully did. Unfortunately, already the first evening we learnt that your Hotel offers dinner only until 7 PM and at latest 8 PM we had to leave the dining room. Even no bar where to stay, so no other chance than to retire to the room. This was NOT what we expected for our holidays: to spend pleasant time together in a nice Restaurant or a Bar of a 4*Hotel, of course until late evening, before to retire in our room. So on December, 31st morning, we decide to leave one day earlier than booked. I asked the reception to have a meeting with the Manager in order to ask about refunding or other compensation. No feedback. At the Silvester Night we spent the evening until 9:15 PM in your Restaurant and than where forced to move to our room. With our 2-years old son we were not in a position to move outside, and there were not other places close to the Hotel where to stay. We booked a Hotel and not an apartment. A Hotel is a place that offers services like a Restaurant and a Bar, or at least some pleasant rooms or area where to stay, and not only until 7 or 8 PM in the evening. A 4*-Hotel the more. This is what every guest can expect from a structure like yours. On top there where several other deficiencies in your Hotel I even don’t mention.
