The most impolite and unfriendly staff I ever met in a "hotel". Not a single word when they serve you a food which was discusting (cold fat fish and cold baked potatoes). We arrived at 5pm as were told but had to wait 15minutes — which lasted one hour! because our room was not ready. Finally when lady showed us our room she quickly brushed toiled and asked us to come to reception desk for toilet rolls if we need them. There was no soap, no kettle, cups, hangers… We couldn't open window to get fresh air and in the bedroom we found wet towels on radiator after last guests… There was lots of dust in the bathroom, dirty walls with the holes and lots of bad finished touches all around. And the water… it seems to me like you can not take a shower in same time with someone else in the hotel because water was changing temperature drastically all the time and sometimes it almost stopped running. Terrible! You can see all in the gallery I am going to upload. I think it has a lots of potential and could be a nice place but the hotel is in bad hands. We had very bad experience and I do not recommend it to anyone.
