Very new and clean. They only started a month ago, so some details still need finishing, but nothing that would affect your stay. This is a true family resort, our family with two kids was very happy. We had a studio with two separate spacious bedrooms. The manager and other staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area was great for children, pool is safe and the water was warm when we were there. Overall a nice stay and would recommend to others.
