Mieliśmy okazję spędzić naszą noc poślubną w pokoju Nowożeńców. Elegancki, nowoczesny pokój z przeszklona łazienką oraz wolnostojąca wanna zrobiło na nas ogromne wrażenie. Obsługa miła I pomocna (szczególnie Pani na restauracji podczas śniadania). Śniadanie pyszne I różnorodne. Niestety nie wszystko sprostało naszym oczekiwaniom. W opisie wyraźnie jest zaznaczone, iż powinny dostępne być kosmetyki. Uważam, że w hotelu takiej klasy takie produkty jak szczoteczki jednorazowe do zębów czy mini szampon to nie jest jakieś wygórowane oczekiwanie. Jeśli nie w pokoju to chociaż z możliwością nabycia w recepcji. Drugą sprawą, która nie wiem czy bardziej nas zszokowała czy obrzydzila było to, iż obok łóżka Znaleźliśmy kawałek zużytej prezerwatywy co nie powinno mieć miejsca I zostało zgłoszone w recepcji. Nie wiem czy wrócimy ponownie. Luksusowy wygląd pokoju to nie wszystko, jeżeli goście po długiej nocy nie mogą czuć się komfortowo.

Hotel Astone overcharged me one nights stay. They were rude when I contacted them to request a refund and now ignore my emails. I have had to resort to requesting a refund through the third party I booked it through but the hotel also refuse to respond to them. Terrible service from staff at reception. To rip off an honest guest is disgusting behaviour. Always check your bill and credit card transactions before you leave as they charged mine as soon as I checked in.
