Kitchen and bar very pleasant.

Luxurious size rooms, baths BUT no air conditioning. Expect to walk up the stairs to reach the reception. If you're carrying heavy bags it's a complete letdown for a 4* hotel.

Rooms were decent, although I was double charged for parking after I had left. It took a little time to sort out but refund given.

It's a great hotel. Cozy rooms, delicious breakfast. And the view from the window pleases the eye.

The hotel didn't make it. The room is small and furnished rather stupidly like me. Instead of air conditioning or fan there is ventilation "with cooling effect" (works on "3" and then with a big "stretch"), there is no refrigerator, a hairdryer is there, Wi-Fi is free to eat, THE TV is there.
We had a very whistling ventilation in our room (the hood in the bathroom just thought to be a turbine from Boeing, though very small but a turbine, and therefore the air was drawn only with a whistle).
We must pay tribute to the professionalism of the attendants. Settled very quickly, at breakfast, too, everything is timely and quickly organized.

It's a good place. Repairs are not new, but clean. Good breakfasts. Good security. We were pleased with the stay.

Super clean and the staff was pleasant and spoke terrific English. I would definitely recommend this place! Great view of the city center from the windows.

Clean and tidy. The rooms are small. But we were on a tour trip and it meant nothing. Clean laundry and towels. Good soft beds. Everything is on the cards, even the elevator. The included breakfast was delicious. Nearby you can walk very well.

I liked the number of sockets in the room for 2 separate beds: 5 at the headboard, another 4 on the opposite wall. It looks very thoughtful in the light of the number of devices that at the same time you want to recharge a tourist of the 21st century, the room itself is cramped, but I suspect that it is an economy class (it was booked tour operator). There is no minibar in the room, but there is a safe. The toilet is combined with a bathroom, in which the sink and shower stall, everything is clean. There was no problem with Wi-Fi. Breakfast is regular, the finished dishes are updating. Please, update your coffee more often, it ends quickly!
Good hotel, but without zest.

The hotel is okay, equipped with everything you need plus spacious bathrooms and a nice gym/wellness area. The breakfast won't disappoint you. Nevertheless the hotel is in use already for a long time which one can see everywhere. Some refurbishment is badly needed to provide a more comfortable and welcoming feeling.

Location Cozy, clean. Comfortable room. The buffet is rich. Cute surroundings.

The hotel is very nice. The beds are soft. It is comfortable to sleep, not who does not make noise. I really like it.

Very good service, Sauna was also good, but gym not that much.

We stopped for a night. Insulation is great. The beds are comfortable. But the dust is not very wipe.

Price/performance are correct. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rich breakfast buffet, the parking is supervised and perfectly secured, the dinner in the restaurant tastes, highly recommended is the craft beer.

It is a 4 star hotel. Standard double as a cell, do not unfold in the bathroom, or rather it is not, only a cramped shower cubicle. Breakfast for 4

For the first time we were so deceived by the reviews of the Internet, which enthusiastically enough this hotel. The room is for two meters in size 6. It is problematic to walk past the beds. There is no possibility to approach the window. The room was very clean. The shower is normal. There is no mini-bar in the room, which is usually used as a hododilnika. To ensure that our products are not spoiled, had to strain the imagination and think how to keep them in the 21st century without a refrigerator… The claimed free Wi-Fi stood up to only one device, provided that a heap of identification data was entered. The included breakfast made you feel uncomfortable for the material position of the hotel hosts: Scrambled eggs, which was enough for a dozen people, and after 8.15 (although breakfast until 10am) The table is not replenished-i. E. All guests who came for breakfast after 8.15, the eggs were deprived. So, we, as the lucky ones, got 1 last portion of fried eggs, there were sausages, which for Poland is just a shame-I did not eat worse in my life. There were pancakes. One kind of ham and one kind of cheese. Coffee from a big tubs (not a coffee machine, but as in Pioneer camp as a child), tea and sugar. All! I have never seen such a poverty breakfast anywhere… The breakfast was very good.
I put a photo of the number-I apologize for the disassembled beds, but later thought about the need to take a photo of this "marvelous business hotel".

We stayed as a couple during the Christmas season at the hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast is good and varied, especially on weekends the offer of the buffet is varied. The dinner menu is clear but the quality is absolutely convincing! We tried a lot and were enthusiastic about it. The staff were always friendly, courteous and the communication was easy in German and English.

Gently, quietly. Clean. Heat. Towels, soap. No shower gel. Breakfast is on time. Delicious, excellent service. Slept twice for one night, passing through.

Rooms are without aircon. The floor we stayed 4th floor rooms mostly without air con.

Very small shower box. Very small room. No fridge. Garbage under bad. Only one towel (+ small legs towel). TV not working. Small cabinet door was blocked by bed and cold not be opened at all. Bar not working at night. One of two key cards didn't work in the elevator and hardly worked with room door lock. Complete disappointment. 2 stars hotel. Maybe it was just my room.

Our group stayed in this hotel on the night of 26.06. At 27.06.2016. Neprâtno surprised to walk and scowling staff. In the toilet room was not small towels. There are no personal night light switches. The quantity and quality of breakfast extremely negative. Came the first breakfast in pretty rough shape was ordered to wait because staff do not have time to put all the dishes came last is not enough coffee in the second chunk to make staff ltkazalsâ, referring to the long cooking time. One could of course make a discount on short stop and, as a consequence, the scornful attitude of staff. But in the absence of other guests, could be and poprivetlivee.

Stayed composed tourist group for one night in transit from Germany. The hotel is located in the city centre. Near the Church and the Castle. The room is big and clean. Of the disadvantages-weak signal Wi-Fi.

What a terrific and unexpected treat! Excellent staff who go well beyond the duty; unusual courtesy and professionalism. Consider staying there if travelling in business; they packed my breakfast and lunch for my departure at 3:00 AM. Nice facilities, safe, clean, well-equipped. Full four star hotel by global standards with prices of local any hotel. Worth exiting the A4 for a night. I take the time to write these comments as jewel that are so surprisingly nice rarely can be found.
