I'VE been here for month. The room service here is great.

Apartament are neat and fully supplied (oven, wash machine, dish washer) The neighbourhood is quiet and the place is relatively close to the Piotrkowska street (main street in Łòdź — bars, cafes, clubs etc)

Every apartment has unique setup across multiple buildings. Depending on the building and apartment you can expect different results. Staff at reception and cafe were very nice and helpful. My room was relatively clean somewhat old and outdated (old kitchen, appliances, TV… etc). Bed was average. There was minor air draft coming into my apartment, this sometimes smelled bad (cooking oil). The room was generally large (studio), weekly cleaning service which was above average. Grocery store next store. Nice lake and park close by.

Huge plant. Unfortunately, the reception can only be found in response to the pfördner's notice. The room is great. Air conditioning would be beneficial in the summer. Breakfast very rich. Unfortunately, you get lost quite quickly in the building. It is just an apartment house and not a pure hotel.

A huge disappointment. The place looked like it hasn't been cleaned properly. The floors were dirty, our socks were literally black after walking in the appartment. The Wi-Fi wasn't working. They kept on giving us different passwords none of which were correct. We stayed there for 4 nights… noone came to clean or at least take the litter out until we asked for it. At breakfast which was supposed to be included we were charged extra for coffee. Do not recommend.

Good high standard apartments.

Original, clean. Very convenient.

Very interesting place to stay, but rather far from central area. I see that not only I felt strange smell in the room — perhaps this is still from XIX century as location itself :)

It's cool. Nice place, beautiful lofts. Only scares the prison corridors. ) ) ) )

Book in a few days.

Its awesome place full relaxing and rooms are pretty awesome and different.

It's loft, so it could be cold during winter time.

I have in Loft Aparts during my business trip to Lodz. This is an aparthotel inside a renovated 19th century factory. The architecture is astonishing, beautiful red birck everywhere, interior of the apartment was also very nice and so spacious. Beds comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything I needed. Location in a historical part of Lodz, not strictly in the centre, but very close with nice restaurants, recommend the Gronowalski, very good cuisine. It's not a hotel, it's so much better, definitely recommend:).
