Our suite is the size of an apartment and I love the high vaulted ceilings.
Room service arrives within reasonable amounts of time.
I will be back and I will always recommend to my friends coming to this area.
Also, this hotel also participates in the Miles and More program.

The whole hotel is at the exceptional level of cleanliness. Stuff is friendly, communicative, and helpful. Beds are really comfortable and we had great good night sleep. Will always recommend this hotel for future staying.

I loved everything about this unique place. The location, original manufacture transformation, hotel service, local restaurant food, amenities and cleanness. Right! The details! The hotel service was at the highest quality, very helpful and polite. Rooms are quiet, spacious with comfy beds and exquisite bedding. Excellent and very clean bathrooms with a walk in rain forrest shower. Also could enjoy music from bathroom speakers whilst having a relaxing bath with add on hypoallergenic toiletries. Very good lighting and attention do details following ecofriendly guidelines. Whole complex offers a lot for both, business and leisure. A constructive feedback would be getting TVs size upgraded to take the experience to the very high end. Definitely will spread a good word to friends and pay a visit again when I am around. Cheers!

A fantastic hotel with great location next to Manufaktura in the city center. The building used to be a factory so the rooms are very big and spacious with fantastic design. One of the absolutely best breakfasts ever. The pool at the roof offers the best view in town. Very good service. Big plus for offering a charger for electric cars!

I booked a suite for a night with my family. Hotel arranged for the sofa to be pulled out to make a bed for two. Absolutely ridiculous, it had a metal bar across it which prevented any sort of sleep. I then ordered an additional bed in the night while my kids were sleeping. This took them 40 minutes and five telephone calls. Do these people ever try their own product? I will avoid this hotel and the entire chain from now on. After heaving spent the night on the additional bed, I can confirm that it is impossible to get a good night's sleep in this place. The metal springs were actually visible…

A lobbying hotel in Lodz! Stylish. Great breakfast.

Very good service, we got a late check-out (4pm) for an extra fee. We got an iron and ironing table when we asked for it. Bathrooms are really nice. The design of the hotel is neat. Swimming pool is worth a swim with a nice view. Air-conditioning is efficient, the temperature was nice even though it was very hot outside, but in the room it's a bit noisy compared to more silent systems. Breakfast is awesome with hand made jam and fresh honey. We only regret that like in many hotels they are taking away your plates as soon as you seem to be done. Why not just wait until I'm gone I want to reuse my plates and have a chill breakfast. The hotel restaurant serves pretty good food. The plates are not as small/empty as some pictures make it look. We had starter/main dish and we starter was already almost enough for dinner. We will definitely go back if we were going to Lodz again someday.

Wonderful interiors with beautiful view in the swimming pool! And very nice breakfast too:) It was just a pity, there was no option to go out on the terrace after being in the sauna (all doors to the terrace were closed). But this is just a small thing:) Moreover I had a back luck with enjoining the time in the hotel: on first evening the flying Bar was closed for guests, and on the second the restaurant… But the hotel is very nice! Thank you!

We especially enjoyed the breakfast, the pool, the comfort of the room, the spacious bathroom and the originality of the place.

Amazing! I love to see old buildings repurposed and this was a fantastic use for a mill. A very comfortable hotel with all the modern amenities but retaining the incredible architecture of the original structure. The staff was super, and the interior design was well appointed and comforting. Definitely I will stay here again and my next trip will allow more time to explore this building and the village of Lodz.

Best place ever. The photos don't lie! The pool and sauna/lounge area is magnificent… if relaxing is what you need, look no further. The interiors are splendid, the location is perfect… totally worth the price. We come back often and don't plan on stopping!

The house is furnished with very good, own taste, the style I like. I love big, high rooms with lots of air, slept very well, mattresses are excellent. The ladies at the reception are exceptionally friendly, I appreciate that. The staff at the restaurant very attentive.
As a trade traveller I am often in hotels, the dels in Lodz is my best experience for some years. I recommend it.

Always been for work, 4 times. Great hotel, international breakfast for all tastes, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

I was very well and I loved the structure. Only downside: A cup I had used to make me tea in the room was not cleaned well.

The building may be old but it sure doesn't feel like it. Rather it feels more like a modern hotel with a throwback too a previous era missed in. Comfortable, spacious, quiet, and great location next to shopping. My only complaint was lukewarm showers. Maybe the radiators were taking all the hot water? Can't tell if it's related to my room or the weather.

Very nice hotel, rooms can not quite keep up with the rest. Breakfast is very good, plentiful and super tasty. In the evening you can go for a meal in the area or simply stroll. The surrounding area is very nice. Overall very good hotel with many international guests.

Hotel Quality/Suite as expected very good. But: there was a problem with the cancellation of a suite at a special price. I had booked 2 suites with a cost free cancellation option until 7 days before arrival. Now I wanted to cancel both suites in due time to book two larger suites. So I cancelled the first booking in due time. Unfortunately I had to learn from the hotel that only one suite of the booking was canceled. The other one I had to pay full. No goodwill!
One booking 2 suites. The 2 suites would have to be cancelled separately. I think this is unserious. I book for myself and partner a flight I do not have to storniren separately. The entire booking will always be cancelled.
So be careful!

The storage space in the room needs a little more thought as having the fridge and tea making facility in the wardrobe takes up space that clothes could be stored in, it would make more sense having it by or under the desk. The bed needs a better quality mattress protector which is breathable and not like a child's plastic under-sheet. Having a bad nights sleep due to the discomfort caused by this mattress protector spoils the entire experience of a very well appointed and interesting hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.

Really nice hotel and a perfect location. Rooms are spacious and recently renovated. The breakfast is fine, not had dinner here. It’s surrounded by plenty of options for he evening with a man made beach in the summer and an ice rink in the winter. Even a casino next door. Pool area and gym are very good and clean. No complaints.

This is great hotel with very interesting art. I've stayed at Vienna House in Lodz and Krakow, with with similar experiences. I really like the hotel, it is visually appealing. Over the course of multiple stays, my only complaint is during the summer, the rooms (I've stayed on multiple floors in the summer) can get pretty hot. The AC is not able to combat the heat from the building. Overall, I recommend, just pack and sleep light in the summer.

Special thanks to the guy who found me swimming goggles to fully enjoy the pool on the roof) ) I hope to be back one day not on business, with my family or friends. However some ideas to improve: — it would be nice to have irons with steam, otherwise it's not easy to iron dry staff; — it might be great to allow guests use staircases or at least make a big red warning sign "DO NOT ENTER IF NO EMERGENCY, YOU'LL BE TRAPPED") ) ) ) I've made this mistake, luckily I had phone with me, and reception ladies rescue team came immediately) ) But without phone I'd be in trouble. By the way, staircase is another great piece of design worth sharing) )

Good hotel with helpful staff. Please make sure that there are enough people in the reception during rush time to ensure smooth checkout or check in. Room was clean and no noise came from outside. Only thing missing was possibility to iron but when requested I was given iron and board with no delays.

Put some pillows available, with different thickness and characteristics, to improve the quality of sleep, depending on the habits of the customer.

2 1/2 months in this hotel. And I have to say that I really enjoyed myself!
The wonderful breakfast in the morning, where you can eat everything, the staff courteous and helpful… Not everyone speaks English, but it's fine too. The room we have is a mini apartment with everything you can serve. Nice experience. Tournaments!

Hotel very good, location very good, staff very friendly, breakfast very good. The only criticism was the long duration of 15 minutes for the check-out.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, one thing I wasn’t happy with was the maid service. I checked in on Monday, requested no maid service on Tuesday to help with the environmental scheme. On Wednesday I came back to my room, the maid had been in but hadn’t made the beds or cleaned the soap marks from the basin counter in the bathroom. All that seemed to be done was the bins had been emptied. No clean towels either! I have worked in a five star hotel many years ago and all bedding & towels were changed daily! I agree with environmental issues and for the sheets and towels not to be changed every day but for my bed not to be made and my bathroom not to be cleaned is not acceptable for a five star hotel! Wellbeing centre was excellent, massage was well worth the money, best massage I’ve ever had.

Great converted old factory building with unique ambiance. We enjoyed the stay very much in the superbly furnished room. The quality of the hotel is leg printing, spacious hallways with an old touch, simply brilliant. We are glad to have met this hotel, would like to come back again at the next opportunity.
The only courage drop was the operation at the bar, infinitely slow, you have to wait ten minutes until the Geträk is served.

Sensational what you have produced from an old weaving, unbelievable! The rooftop swimming pool I find somewhat daring. Great hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, very attentive, only breakfast was not bad but there was no choice in 2 weeks I was there.

Everything was great — just one note, when we checked in and asked for robes, the male receptionist sent only one robe instead the amount of those checked in (2) … quite silly. Someone wasn't thinking. But then within a blink of an eye, there was a knock at the door and then next robe appeared with a big smile. Great location, enjoyed the pool with an evening view, very comfortable beds, room temperature was a bit high, but the shower is so great and the breakfast buffet was incredible!

I love this hotel. I'm traveling a lot and I this is one of the best hotels I've been. The building is a historical old Industries building with a very special design. Rooms are nice, quite, bed comfortable and clean. Breakfast ist great, even for vegan they have plenty of choices. Restaurant and the bar have very good food & drinks and I recommend to eat there. The city center is in walking distance. Lot's of restaurants and shops are in the mall next to the hotel.

Good Morning, We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. It was a beautiful, hotel with lots to do. The service was wonderful. When we left the hotel and traveled to Warsaw to catch our plane home, we realized that we had left our computers at the hotel. I called and spoke with Kate, and she arranged for a taxi to bring our computers to us in Warsaw. Very stressful for me, but Kate was wonderful in handling this issue for us. The only things, I would recommend to improve would be if the room can be a little colder. We are from the US and it was warm in our room even with the Air conditioning on. Also, would like to have a few more English channels available on the TV. But overall, this hotel is Great. And if I get the opportunity to return to Lodz, I will be staying at this hotel. Thank you for all your help during our stay.

Very nice as place… modern with old walls… The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with many typical polaccho sausages but also the cakes x who loves dessert. Location great… 100 m from a huge Comm center. And a square with lots of restaurants.

Came for a business trip and it was recommended that I stay here. Service has been impeccable, the quality of the hotel is far above expectations and the cost has been very reasonable. If you have the opportunity you must try the swimming pool, it's rood top location gives you spectacular views of the entire city and is incredibly relaxing. I have had a fantastic experience here and will definitely be back.

Nice enough hotel. Extremely good value. Rooms well decorated and to a high standard though a bit on the small side. Nice decor throughout the hotel. Bar has nice selection of drinks. Well located for the restaurants, shops and entertainment just behind the hotel.

I have stayed in your hotel many times. I travel all over Europe and your hotel is one of my favourites. It has history and the building is one of the best restorations ever! The rooms are cool and absolutely silent, which is perfect. Important point: While I stayed at the hotel this week, it was my birthday. When I returned to my room in the evening there was a beautiful little cake, with a best wishes card from the manager and staff. This has never happened to me before and I didn't tell anybody it was my birthday, so I was totally impressed. Great compliments to the manager Katrina (I hope I got the name correct).

Amazing hotel! Stayed for 3 weeks. Beautiful hotel. Polite and helpful employees. Well maintained. Great atmosphere and surrounding area. The pool and spa upstairs were incredible. Definitely a great way to spend 3 weeks exploring Lodz.

The swimming pool — excellent, and the breakfast menu, the best in any VI hotel I have stayed in. Andel's Prague has the worst breakfast — I have complained many times but no change. In general VI are my favourite chain of hotels. The attention to detail to make the client stay unnoticeably enjoyable is a great feature.

We loved our stay at Andel's. The location was ideal for us — close to Manufaktura's restaurants and the central museum of textiles. Our room was great — very comfortable bed. We also loved the swimming pool — amazing views over the city. Thank you!

I liked the fact that the hotel is a much different style to normal hotels. The location is excellent. The architecture is excellent. I would like to see more use of the public spaces, which I found to be a bit too sparse but the artwork was good. The lounge area adjacent to the bar could be made more welcoming and the cocktail menu did not reflect the quality of the hotel, in my opinion.

We visit Andel Łodź several times jehrlich and are in love at your hotel for seven years.

Andel's by Vienna House is an amazing hotel. It has all the modern conveniences in a building that nicely captures the manufacturing heritage of the location. Delight restaurant onsite is really good and I tried some local Polish delicacies which were very nicely prepared and presented. The breakfast had an amazing spread. It is walking distance to Manufaktura for shopping and restaurants as well as close to Piotrkowska. Highly recommended for business or leisure.

I love your hotel! I think you to start renew some of the gym equipment and get spinning bikes. Plus serve really good coffee at breakfast, the coffee last week was dreadful.

The architecture and décor of the hotel are very nice with great attention to detail. The restaurant with Polish cuisine is of good standard, as well as the SPA on the top floor with pool with steel tub and glass roof with views over the city, just missing the whirlpool! Spectacular.

Really nice strange hotel that's been refurbished from a factory (textile I think! ). Bed was really soft (is it possible for it to be too soft? ) but plenty of pillows and other comforts. Bathroom was really nicely kitted out with walk in shower, instant hot water and a lovely bath I didn't have enough time to try. Breakfast was a wide choice of buffet food from hot to cold to cereal and pastries. Toaster was a bit of a mystery but maybe that's just me! Staff were all really friendly and accommodating but considering we (group of 6) arrived late (close to midnight) it would have been good if they could have helped us check in a little faster. And knowing we were staying for one night there was no need to give us the full spiel of amenities they have on offer.

A beautiful hotel with an incredible pool over the roofs of the city! The only point of criticism: the spaces in the public sector, for example. The breakfast room were slightly hypothermic — I needed a jacket and constantly blew me the napkin from his lap…

All was perfect. I like the atmosphere there, very calm. Beautiful floors design. Very good breakfast. Perfect services like sauna and pool. The water was pleasant and warm enough. Nice rest room near the sauna. The next time I want to try massage service.

This huge but very classy hotel succeeds in making you feel at home, which is not so easy as it sounds. All comfort and more on the best spot in the city. If you don't want to leave the surroundings of the hotel you'll have a great time and if you wanna explore Lodz you'll have a great time too because you're close to the city center. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The quality is top end!

A historically and architecturally interesting building, the old (former) textile mill city of Łódź with the Modernity of the 21st century connects and at the same time, an unexpected oasis of calm in the midst of a living city and an adjacent Konsumtempels. For the third Time as a guest very impressed and satisfied.
