Nice hotel in town Centre. Rooms are Nice breakfast is the Medium quality but the Space the breakfast is not enough for the Rooms hotel has.

Hotel sympha in the city center, there are plenty of restaurant around. There is a large commercial gallery next door on several levels.

Great hotel. Near the center. Great and very nice rooms. Modern and nice furnishings. Very varied international breakfast. Present in the lobby football checkers and chess to entertain themselves in addition to the bar. Dogs allowed. Recommended!

Close to the mall, spacious and modern looking rooms. Eco shampoo, shower gel, shoe polisher and a small sewing kit if needed was available in the room. Nice personal and nicely varied breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff; Great breakfast choice; comfortable bed and good night sleep… All that you need.

Great hotel with high standards. One room at the tenth floor has a DJ-table wich is cool.

Lovely place to stay in Lodz. Very friendly receptionist. Big shopping mall literally across the road. Good restaurant for dinner. Breakfast might be improved a bit. Overall — fully recommend!

Edit 12/09/2017 — Downgrading the rating due to breakfast conditions. For my breakfast I like croissants, muesli and fruits in a quiet environment. Since a few weeks cut fruits are replaced by sliced oranges (only), today, croissants and muesli disappeared in favor of a very noisy juicer which would be better placed in the kitchen… NB: I always try to raise it to the staff prior to leaving a rating here but the only thing I heard was "sorry". No further explanations… Really modern Novotel. I am always happy to stay there. The breakfast is (used to be) great.

When I travel for work I like to have all the comforts that make me feel good! This structure gives me all this. If I find a defect : it is always full and sometimes I can not book it! ☺

We stayed for an art convention and loved our stay. The room is comfortable and feels very up to date and modern and the service was all very friendly. The breakfast is also delicious with plenty of variety. We didn't try any other meals at the restaurant.

The hotel is centrally located on a main road and close stops for bus and tram. The hotel staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our Executive Room on the 9th floor was actually rather better than the online photographs suggested and it would suit both tourist and business travellers. The Wi-Fi was excellent. On certain evenings, the lobby bar has live music. Standards for housekeeping are good. Overall, good value for money and I would be happy to make a return visit.

If it weren't for the town itself doesn't offer much … the hotel itself is very nice, clean. Breakfast (Italian) is not the best.

Elegant and comfortable. Exceptionally good location with good connections to pretty much anywhere in Lodz (central tram station is 3 min walk and another station is a 1 min walk away). Very professional staff. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms equipped with the most used amenities.

Location is convenient for Lodz centre.

The Novotel-Lodz Centrum is clean, efficient, comfortable and easy access to Galleria shopping, central main roads, mass transit lines, businesses, etc. The staff is excellent. Their facilities including gym, dining, and conference areas are professional. The breakfast offering was outstanding. This was my first visit to Poland (Med School Graduation ceremonies). Lodz and the Novotel Hotel experience made wonderful first impressions of your country, its people, history, and work ethic. I would highly recommend this hotel to business or personal travelers. It will be my first choice on future trips abroad. RLF (June, 2014).
