The check-in and check-out is 24 hours. The place feels more like an apartment complex than a hotel. The room is simple but spacious, as is the bathroom. It comes equipped with a refrigerator and a kettle. The only thing I didn't like were the curtains, which are sliding and let in a lot of light. The person at the entrance doesn't speak English.

The hostel is in a great location, just a short walk from the tram stop, the Kraków sign, the bridge, and the castle.
Our private room was very spacious and clean, with high ceilings that gave it an airy feel. I also liked the character of the staircases, which added charm to the place.
The room was well equipped with a TV, refrigerator, and kettle, plus complimentary tea and coffee. Shampoo and shower gel were also provided, which was a nice touch.
One minor concern was small stains on our bed linen.
There are no lifts. Fortunately, it wasn’t an issue for us since we only had carry-on bags, but carrying larger luggage up two flights of stairs would have been back-breaking.
With reception staffed 24/7 and visible security cameras, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The option to store our luggage after check-out was a really helpful bonus.
The staff were friendly and always had a smile, which made the stay feel welcoming.
For one night, the price of the private room was very affordable, making it good value for money.
