Common rooms and bedrooms are okay. Beds make a lot of noise. Bathrooms are filthy, toilets are okay. Don't expect an awesome experience, but it's okay for a few nights.

We stayed there over the weekend. The windows opened towards a very busy partystreet so it is very loud. But that was not the main problem but one night some people just snift up a line of coke in the common room which is connected to the entrance where the staff sits. But they where just sitting there with earplugs in and didn't take care. Also they new those people as they were allowed in the staffs room. The next morning those people where still awake so when I had breakfast (11 in the morning) they finished their last beer and left, just to come back with two more. After opening it they had some more coke, still the staff (someone else than the night before) was more interested on things on Facebook or whatever. I have stayed in more than a hundred hostels but this was one of the worst. Really think about staying somewhere else.

Arrived quite early and wanted to book a bed for one night, the receptionist told me there was nothing available and tried to send me to another hostel. I then showed her that on Hostelworld there were still plenty of beds available. She then came up with an excuse that I could not enter the rooms cause it's too early, which I had not even asked for. Didn't feel that the receptionist was particularly honest with me, and if they don't want my business I'm not gonna bother them, so I left for a different hostel.

We booked for 3 nights in early August, and we liked our stay for as much an hostel can offer. The room was pretty nice and all for us, with private bathroom. But the sheets and towels were really dirty, that disapponted me a bit. Btw, it has a great location (in the heart of the City centre, so no need for a car to visit the essential), so it's not so bad to stay there after all :)

NO heating in winter. I was freezing. No parking possibilities near the hostel. In fact, there are 2 hostels — one in city center and one fr away. You will not get told which one you get. I was really disappointed. The manager was supposed to call be regarding to my complaint but he didnt. Do NOT go there.

Hi, I booked two beds for two nights about three weeks ago. We made the reservation over some web platform that I cannot remember. On the day we were to travel I received a phone call informing us that there was only one bed, and that the hostel would try to accomodate us but no guarantees. We got to the Hostel at around midnight and were met by Pauline, who turned out to be awesome her job. She informed us that someone was not showing up and we could have the second bed. Over all I would say that this stay was great. The hostel is not a bells and whistles hostel, but if you are looking for affordable accomodation, this is it. I also want to give a shout out to Filip the guy working afternoons who helped me find a milk bar, and Pauline, who was simply great. Thanks for the conversations Pauiline and helping me with my polish pronunciation. Don't forget the stuff we talked about P! M McJilton.

As for the hostel it super clean and nice and not expensive!

Regardless of a backpacker or more family outings, to find a cheap clean and comfortable accommodation also high CP value is not easy, Flamingo Hostel is a high value accommodation hostel.

Had a new mattress and had a private room with own bathroom for 100 zlt (2persons). Not german spoken. True for my taste, not auxiliary ready where for me it has disrupted only. Spoke so quickly even though I in I said that his quick esnglisch do not understand their gerde. He listed looked as if me dan of. Nja let go was oke. Otherwise everything true actually good and clean and also quiet. Where to now also not everything was full. The room was over against the shared bathroom the other. Would come back.

Stayed one night in deluxe twin room. Very affordable for a big private room with ensuite bathroom, dining table, sink and TV. Only complaint is that bed was rather uncomfortable with springs sticking into up from the mattress. Bonus points for complimentary earplugs on the pillow.

We had a nice time here. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast included, friendly staff. The streets get a bit noisy at the weekends. Bring ear-plugs :).

Hostel is really nice. Private room is cosy and has a bathroom. Decent breakfast. Good advice from the receptionist. They also make tours but I wasn't interested at the time. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Location and Stuff wonderful.
