Made our first visit to Poland that much more enjoyable. Everything at the hotel superb.

Slow service in restaurant. Beds too old, not comfortable.

The location is good. On the very border with the old city and within walking distance of the station. The numbers are on the level. Breakfast is higher than expected, especially pleased with ice cream and self-prepared waffles!

Great hotel. Little issue with the mass notification speaker clicking in the middle of the night but other than that, great rooms, great staff, good restaurant and great breakfast spread. The location isn't bad but you could find something closer to old Town if you wanted but I'm sure you'll pay for it. This hotel was definitely worth it but I would call and ask about the speaker issue.

It's another short stay in Poznań and I had no doubts to pick this hotel. It's in a very convenient distance to the train station, the city center and the places I visited. The stuff is very friendly. So friendly that when I mentioned that I remember the women at the reception desk fairly well and she's been working here for quite a long time she immediately offered me a room of a higher standard! The restaurant is open till midnight which is also worth noting. The room was spacious. The window curtains shaded it well (so you can sleep longer in the morning) and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The only downside is that I prefer a shower (not a bathtub) and the head of the shower in the bathtub was not working well (water could not have get through). Breakfast has always been at higher level (and I wished I'd had more time for a longer one). I didn't use the gym and sauna but they looked great and am going to give them a shot next time. The ironing room was at the floor 1 and was exactly to my needs. Enjoyed my stay in the hotel. (except the bathtub). Thumbs up!

To Western standards the room rates are very very reasonable. Basic room, offering all you'd expect from a Mercure hotel room. Ironing facilities and gym on dedicated floor. Key misser: lak of power plug naar to the bed. This means you can't charge your phone next to the bed. In addition to this the shower facilities are slightly dated, shower head that should have been replaced a year ago (see photo), and shower door that clearly had seen better days. (See photo 2)

Quiet and clean, the reception is professional, lack of indication at the level of the restaurant we do not know what we eat.

Was there several times wayback 1993 to 1995, was a good hotel with professional staff and easy accessibility to the city center, shops and bars around and exciting nightlife.

Stayed 3 nights during New years weekend. We liked the hotel very much. Clean room but the bed was a Little hard. We had a standard room. Next time we might choice Another room. The breakfast had Everything you wanted, but it was very busy cause the hotel was ful. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Winestone restaurant had super delicious food. Hope to stay here again.

Great customer service experience, always helpful and polite. Location is another advantage, close to main square and train station. Also gym and sauna available for all customers.

Great hotel, customer service goes above & beyond — before arrival, clear & helpful emails, our arrival delayed until 3:00am so caring rearranged taxi, to leaving a book in the room on checking out — amazing, clean, food great & hot sauna before falling into a comfy bed.

Extremely elegant Hotel with very professional staff.

My opinion about the hotel is divided. Half the staff is very polite and gentle, the other half rude and I always have the feeling I should apologize for my presence. Rooms are large, but should undergo renovation within the next couple of years. The cardio equipment in the fitness area is from the seventies. You can't even use the dread mill without risking to fall off, as the rubber belt stops instantly with every step. And that is true for both machines.

Service and food is excellent in Hotel as much as atmosphere and staff.

It is a good place to stay if you are on a business trip, I am staying for 2 months. The spa is nice and the staff are friendly, the room is good and has a bath. The gym could do with an update and the breakfast could be better but it's ok. There is a nice bakery beside the hotel and also a restaurant and they are both good. The location is central and right beside the trams, 15 minute walk to city centre.

Nice Hotel, in the restaurant inside you eat well. I recommend it, for Italians is OK!

The Hotel is very well located with the usual quality in the chain and advisable for a tourist or professional stay. You might need some furniture upgrades.

Great location a 7 min walk from the main station in Poznań. Large, comfortable rooms with good free Wi-Fi. Gym & sauna are free for guests to help you relax after a long day. A good restaurant & bar in the hotel offer good food at a fair price. Would definitely stay again.

Clean. Hot water for shower is good, quiet, good breakfast.

Great location with bikes and train station nearby. Starbucks is a walking distance from the hotel and many attractions can also be seen by foot. Service was great however rooms were outdated and breakfast was served in meeting room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Stayed for long weekend with 12 colleagues, all would agree with the below. Great location — ten minutes leisurely stroll to anywhere central. Staff are fantastic, friendly and multi-lingual. Special mention for the daily cleaning staff. Impeccable. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious, pet friendly with good shower and 24/7 access to a very decent sauna and gym. Only loses a star because you can't choose halves in the ratings as the drinks in the bar are obscenely priced compared to local prices and no steam room/dipping pool. But then maybe I'm just one of those nitpicky people.

Clean rooms. Winestone next to the reception. Friendly staff. To improve the gym too small and with old gear. A 10-minute walk from the center of Poznan.

I really liked the hotel. Generally all Mercure-cool. Always order them rooms wherever I went. Otlyčnyj hotel for both business trips and family entertainment.
Yet they can be with živatnimi.
