We have been at Willa Mirwa in January 2017, during our holiday in Poland. The location of the place is ten to fifteen minutes from the centre of Zakopane. The property is in a street leading out of Zakopane which is wide and accessible by transpost. The place was magical with the makings of a winter wonderland. The timber building is modern yet it is well aligned to its surrounding architecture. From Willa Mirwa you can see views of different ski slopes and the village on the other side. The owner spoke English and was very helpful all the times, as she even helped us with our navigation to go to different attractions in Zakopane and also gave us very good reccomendations for Ski Slopes, Thermal Baths, Trekking Routes and most importantly excellent restaurants serving traditional cusine which is heavenly delicous. Our rooms where perfect provided with linen, towels, tea, coffee and sugar. Our rooms were equipped with a stove, fridge, cuttlery, pans and pots together with a small table. I really liked the small biscut rendeers placed on a small christmas tree. The bedrooms were also excellently heated with a very modern ensuite and storage facilities. Finally the views we had were of adjacent houses which in winter its a very lovely site to see. On the topic of cost I believe the place is moderately priced and is very good value for money. The only problem is you have to walk to the city centre for eateries.
