➜ Just arrived at this property we were given the keys by the owner without being accompanied in the room. There it was explained nothing about the services, because no one spoke English. In the room we have not found nor towels or a hairdryer we had to ask. The worst thing in every case it was the mattress: horribly uncomfortable, in fact for 5 nights on 6 booked, we were not able to sleep, the last night we escaped from the despair! We tried to explain the problem to the owner that to the staff of the Booking which we had booked but instead of a solution, for rabbonirci, there was given a bottle of sparkling wine and we were returned solo100 PLN 24€ on more than 700 spent. Neither the staff of the Booking or the owner you are worried about risolverci the problem, but only to collect the money that forced us to pay in advance, just arrived, this despite the fact it had already been paid 70% 4 months before! I don't know how this structure receives so many positive reviews, nor how to face to move forward with a similar service and mattresses no higher than 10 cm, with the soft feel one by one in the back, the cushions stained and so a lot of poor hospitality or a predisposition to keep its guests at ease.

➜ If you're on your car, the most perfect option is to have the sea eye near the lake, and you don't have to farce the corks from the Zakopane center. And from the Windows, the view is directly to the mountains, not to the neighboring cottages, like the bottom.
