We were very happy to find this modern Hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful location, very clean rooms.

Excellent place and perfect service!

Great Hotel in a good location. Easy walking distance to shops yet far enough from major pedestrian traffic. Tasty breakfast and great restaurant menu, everything was tasty at reasonable price. Kids loved the pool while we liked the sauna and jacuzzi. Only negative would be the oversized night stands, we bumped our elbows several times, the shower cabin could be bigger too. But those things are minor, overall great service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Nice modern hotel… Good breakfast. Nice persoral. There is a problymy with parking-on the underground forever there was no place. Yes, and in the yard too.

Worst spa ever. We made a couple massage, it was freezing, the music was soo loud, very rude staff first time in my life I see somebody act like this to his customers, not comfortable massage beds (2 days my face was red) no towels, no sleepers, no water to drink … After complaining, nobody help us. The spa and hotel has different owners maybe thats why the spa is bad.

Excellent hotel and fantastic food in the restaurant. Children's friendly. Our son loved game room while we enjoyed cocktails in the evening. Definitely we will back next year with friends.

We were there with a group with 49 persons 4 days. All were enthusiastic. The Restraunt is very rich and the food in the restaurant was excellent.
The location is also great for pedestrian and walking well suitable.
Just recommended!

We stayed over the Christmas period and booked the Domek which is a delightful chalet out the back of the hotel, we always like to book chalets for our stays over three nights and with it being connected to the hotel was so convenient especially with breakfast included which meant we just had to walk over the lovely little bridge to the breakfast area in morning, but still able to cook our own dinner and hang out in our private residence. All of the staff at the hotel were amazing and helped us out with everything we needed from a sharp carving knife for our turkey to a large bowl of ice-cream for our Christmas day dessert that we had made, plus much more. We had no Polish speakers amongst us but all of the staff spoke good English to be able to communicate and included us all through the Christmas extras they had provided for their guests. We had 7 adults and one baby in our party and the chalet was definitely large enough for this with my mother sleeping on a very comfortable sofa bed in the ground floor living area. The basement living area was very large with a good size kitchen, dinning area and sauna. We had two friends join us for one evening and the Hotel staff happily set up two cot beds within the basement area. The restaurant within the hotel had amazing food and wine with very knowledgeable and attentive bar and wait staff. We had an amazing stay at hotel Crocus and would recommend to anybody.
