Good Bye Lenin Hostel Zakopane Hostel

Showers and bathrooms great, kitchens alright but can easily get crowded. Most of the staff aren't engaging with guests or anyone besides other workers so there's alot of sitting silently in the common room while everyone tries to use the very unreliable Wi-Fi. I probably wouldn't stay here again if there were better hostels in the area.

The Perfect place to stay felt at home. Stayed in a separate room. Warm, fresh, cozy. ❤ ️

Be prepared to make your own beds and it is impossible to open windows. No curtains and they fundamentally will not do anything.

Very nice hostel, you can reach there by car and there is parking available too. Surrounded by tall trees which makes you feel in the lap of nature.

One of the best place I have stayed in cheap rate. Free breakfast. Staff's are really lovely and help anytime u need them.

Too many staff living there. There's no escape from them. In the living room there are like 5 staff sitting there in silence. Totally kills the vibe.

Without exaggeration, it's the best hostel I've ever been in. There is a very good atmosphere, it has a common room where you can chat with people from all over the world, play the guitar, eat together… Breakfast is provided with the evening. The people I met there are very open and the workers too. I recommend 100%.

Friends hostel I would call it. Just two nights there and became friends with such cool peoples from around the world. They are workaway staff and ask me? My god, they are so helpful and full of hospitality. For two days I was I'm on my friends eating lots of food and chilling. They are great guides too, one of them will teach you how to Snowboard who's from Cyprus. Another girl from Gdynia, Poland She's so helpful and friendly aswell. All of them will show you how to hike through some trails over there and the best thing is the location of this hostel, when I was walking to this hostel I already felt like I was hiking through the snow. Good Stuff!

Cozy and social. Hygiene needs improvement though like disinfection. Got some tummy problem staying there. But nice people!

It's a hostel by name where u won't find any difference then ur home. Multinational stuffs made it more interesting.

Very cosy and friendly place. Only downside is not much in the way of kitchen facilities.

It is a good hostel of the best I have stayed besides the Staff is wonderful and I help you with everything in places to see as accompanying you on excursions.

Bring beer food etc its a hike to town window in room couldn’t be opened?, no curtain so woke up early but the American who works there is cool.

Enjoyed everything about this hostel except for the very moody staff and unclear bus directions. Rooms are cramped and no lockers and only two bathrooms, but it's perfect if you just want to spend long days in the woods and come back to a fire and chill people and maybe a friendly Italian volunteer playing the accordion while dodging the pet goat's wrath. Would definitely stay again! The Tatras can't be beat, and you're in the most amazing location to jump right in.

Very good for outdoorsy people! Right across from some very good hikes. Like staying in a cabin with lots of hikers!

Cute little cabin hostel tucked off the main road. You can't see it from the main road, you have to turn in to a place labeled 'Lenske' or something like that. The turn is within 30 meters of a small bridge. The rooms are small and cozy although the sheets are a bit worn. The staff are great and there are two very friendly pets, a cat and goat.

Not a place for introverts but definitely a lovely hostel. Facilities are ok but struggled to get connected. To the guy who said "for f___ sake shut up" when I was just packing my bag: your snoring was louder than the noise from my plastic bag, moron.

It was one of the most wonderful hostels o have ever visited. Wonderful staff, amazing scerery.

There's nowhere better to stay in Zacopane. The people are amongst the loveliest people I've ever met, the views are incredible, the location is perfect and you will make friends and memories here. Could not recommend more.

Awesome location in the forest away from loud centre, like 7 mins walking from the slopes. Only positive memories from there: friendly stuff, great atmosphere — makes us want to come back there one day for sure.

Great place to stay! stan and the rest make the place very hospitable. Cheapest ski hire too and easy to get to the slopes.

Comfortable, clean, with cosy dining room and original design of all hostel. Situated in the forest aside from others and roads. Owner can help with hiking routes and climbing in Tatry.

Stayed here already two times. One of my favorite hostels, very comfortable place and good base camp to take hiking trips to the Tatras. Friandly and very helpful staff, good breakfast.

Amazing place! Great atmosphere, nice and clean rooms, very helpful staff who know a lot about trails and can advise some awsome hikes closeby:) Located outside the noisy centre just by the entrance to the National Park. For sure the best place to stay for all hikers and backpackers. I have spent a great time over there.
