Beautiful, neatly maintained resort for summer and winter, rooms stylish and impeccably clean, friendly English-speaking staff. Fantastic spa with various range of treatments, Pool, aqua park, skiing, you name it — they have it. And everything is topped up by fabulous food in Karczma.

There are two good cable cars for children and adults, made in the woods, right near the complex.
Good restaurant, there is a mini water park with a slide and a couple of pools.
And a good look.

We really enjoyed stay in the hotel! Kids had a lot of fun in aqua park and enjoyed the kids playground and all the amenities for kids. We only wish there was a recycling in place, in such a beautiful place.

Restaurant serving polish kitchen, really good pierogi, and few more polish dishes. Nice dessert, and also sth for not eating porc person. Expensive SPA, and small swimming pool with natural water from cold river. And you can walk around through the woods to burn calories.

Nice, do not expect luxury. It is quite basic, but very clean. Wellness area is great and staff are kind.

Loved this place. There were dancing people when we arrived at 5pm. Good food, great building and we'll fitted out. Would highly recommend.

She was here for a friends wedding. Everything is just super! The stunning beauty of the surrounding mountains, incredible view in any direction. The complex itself is very adequately planned. The kitchen is gorgeous, the service is absolutely without comment, all for guests. Very clean room with drinking water, tea and coffee. Definitely recommend to visit this complex.

Clean rooms, large bathroom, food was delicious. Fair prices.

The structure is very particular, reminiscent of a traditional Polish style. I found it very annoying the smell of smoke from the fireplace that, though of effect, impregnated the whole environment. At one point we had to get out because our eyes were burning. Even the next day our clothes reeked of smoke from the chimney.

Delicious food and a very cozy atmosphere. Prices are going fine.

Great place in the heart of the nature. I've been there in the occasion of a wedding party and everything was well curated: the food excellent, the music entertaining, the service polite and discrete. I sleep one night, rooms are elegant and cozy. The restaurant, in the typical wooden-polish-mountain style offers typical food at good quality. Many services​ offered by the healthy Spa. Next to the hotel is a big 'rope park' with I hadn't chance to try. The mountain's view, the morning mist, the fresh and dry air. Super recommended.

Amazing place, the staff are great, the facilities are fantastic and the food is delicious. We had a wonderful stay. Had to come back on and edit this review. Shame I can't give it 6 stars. Last night I was invited to eat and drink with a local family. This involved more drink than food but that's ok… needless to say I lay in a little later than normal. I was telephoned by one of the staff in the restaurant to be told that breakfast would be finishing in 10 minutes. That's service!

Beautiful place, to visit, eat and stay over as well as have a walk over beautiful polish mountains.
