Wraz z synem bylismy goscmi w Angel House od 16 maja na pare dni. Pokoj byl super, czysciutko, obsluga mila I pomocna. Jedyne co uderza I przykro sie na to patrzy jak co niektorzy goscie odzywaja sie do personelu, absolutny brak kultury I szacunku do pracujacego czlowieka. Drodzy goscie zrelaksujcie sie jak jestescie na wakacjach, troche usmiechu I uprzejmosci nikogo jeszcze nie zabilo.

Central location. B&b. Newly renovated rooms, tastefully decorated.

Good comfortable B & B. Avoid room left from reception however, cold and heating does not work well.

The room was big and clean. It was warm despite low temperatures outside. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I had some very noisy neighbors but that is not b&b fault. Breakfast was ok. Good distant to the old city and Kazimierz. U get a shampoo but not a shower gel.

Rooms are big and clean. Stuff is very nice and helpful. The only problem here is that you hear everything what is going on on the corridor and in the "common place" aka kitchen. People sitting and talking completely ruin your sleep. That is unfortunate because place is great otherwise.

Maybe one of the best in the World. Great location and the place is stunning…

Good location and good position of central.

Unfortunately, although the service is very friendly, no more than 2 stars are justified. The beds are a cheekiness that the feathers of the mattresses drilled into our bodies. The duvet stank and it didn't get any better after my complaint at the reception (only the overdraft was changed). The cleaning lady forgot to make the rest of the room (not even the head boards or the linen cloth). In the shower was extreme mold formation. Breakfast was ok for the price.

Wizyta w tym miejscu trwała na szczęście tylko jedną noc, ale jakość obsługi I standard, lub raczej brak standardu dały się we znaki mocno. Hostel umieszczony w starej kamienicy, więc nie posiada windy, a widok zza okna na podwórko, to zaglądanie w okna sąsiadom I stare zdewastowane budynki. Całość wykończona miała być chyba w wysokim standardzie, ale materiały użyte do wykończenia są najtańszymi z możliwych, przez co skrzypią I wyglądają koszmarnie. Pokoje bardzo małe, wysokie, ale bez możliwości przejścia z walizką przez cały pokój. Ręczniki kupione chyba z odzysku, twarde I szorstkie, a w dodatku mocno zniszczone I poszarzałe. Na śniadanie brak jakiegokolwiek soku, jedynie napoje które posiadają w sobie całą tablice Mendelejewa, bardzo skromny wybór dodatków do jedzenia I pieczywa. BRAK WODY NIEGAZOWANEJ DO PICIA NA ŚNIADANIU! Obsługa mało sympatyczna, na każde pytanie odpowiadająca z łaską. Jedynym plusem jest lokalizacja miejsca, ale warunki pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Na pewno nie jest to miejsce które zasługuje na 3 gwiazdki. 1, 5 byłoby adekwatną oceną.

Very welcoming. Great for visiting the Krakow Castle. It is central to historical sites.

The location is good and the Krakow.

Lovely rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Not a far walk from the station as well as old town and the old Jewish quater. The housekeeping ladies are lovely and the breakfast included is nice. Also the people in neighbouring apartment are friendly and one apparent hosts an adorble little doggy :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed there with my husband in 2011 — it was his first visit to Poland. It was amazing. Friendly service. So close to the Old Town and a short walk to the Old Jewish District. Not your typical run of the mill place as it is in an old town house and a few flights of stairs up. But inside it is like staying at friends' place. Loved it.

It is a floor hotel in the historical centre of Krakow. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom has been modernly furnished. Breakfast could be prepared in a large kitchen. Everything was available, from bread, buns over cold cuts, cheese milk and coffee. Free Wi-Fi was only available in the kitchen. If you want to visit Krakow over the weekend and you are looking for a cheap hotel room, this is certainly a good place to stay.

The location is very good. The old building has a modern, beautiful interior, but the numbers are small and the walls from Gipskartona, the unbelievable, even the draining of the neighbors ' water! The day before the departure, the room was not cleaned, and the trash was also forgotten. The breakfast was very small. But they were allowed to take breakfast with them when they left early. For a short visit, it is quite acceptable for such a price.

Good location, extremely helpful friendly staff. The walls are thin so maybe not the best place for passionate couples ;) unless you don't mind. Overall positive experience.

Angel House 2 is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are nicely furnished, the price is reasonable (breakfast is included). You also have access to kitchen, which can be used all the time. We enjoyed our stay there.

We were so lucky to find this. The price was wonderful considering how great the property is. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was very accommodating. The area is well lit and appeared quite safe. The surrounding area (Main Square and Jewish Quarter) contains many restaurants and shopping opportunities as well.

We live at Angel House (there are two Angel Häuser! ) for the second time, this time in the second apartment. Again little atmosphere, cool design, perhaps smaller rooms, but modern bathroom, spacious kitchen and even closer to Wawel or Kazimierz. Reasonable prices for excellent service.

Angel House 2 is a great place in the middle of the city. It is perfectly located, between Kazimierz and Old town, so we didn't have to travel by public transport to get somewhere. We liked this place very much, it is nicely decorated, rooms are bright and cosy. It has huge kitchen, which you can use during the day. Breakfast is included in price, and it is simple, but nice. Staff is nice and helpful.
