Our flights were cancelled and Poland was also put on lockdown in October so we could not go but they will not change the dates and they will not communicate with myself or the company I booked with, they are just totally ignoring everyone. Very unprofessional.

WARNIING! This place does fake propaganda in hotel reservation sites. They say they have Air conditioning and 24 hours attendance, but it's a lie. No Air and nobody after 7 PM. Beyond that, the Room os todo ugly, It stinks and TV does not works a pit. Just pass away Far from this place.
